see Attached document Revdex.com Translation: The insurance owes me for reparation of my vehicle, Sentra 2013 from an accident on 07/27/2017, for the amount of $2,300.00. All excuses that they have sent me the check and nothing.

Our vehicle was involved in a claim with one of your insurer and trying to get everything resolved has been outrageous. Our vehicle now shows front end damage on car fax at which Beth stated was evaluated by a specialist and a check for under $500 was given as diminished value. We were told to send Beth documents in our support but have yet to get any responses from Beth or Marvin after multiple attempts. My wife received a call back once from Beth stating she had never received voice messages at anytime from me. To date I have yet to get any reply messages from Marvin after multiple attempts.

My vehicle was hit and totaled by an individual insured by this company. The accident occurred on June 2, 2017, and I tried and tried to get ahold of an adjuster or company representative to discuss payment and restitution. It was over a month before I could get someone to answer my call. Then several more weeks before I could get an answer and for them to cut a check. The amount of the check (for total loss of vehicle) was extremely inadequate--$2,300 vs. an Edmunds assessment of $3,775 for a similar vehicle IN MY ZIP CODE. I called and spoke to Jesus, and I think, also Edgar, and was told that I could argue it and send in my own proof of sales of similar vehicles but that they had to be in my state (Wyoming), which is rural and does not have a large number of used vehicles similar to the one that was totaled. They also told me that the price subtracted the amount of the buy-back cost of the totaled vehicle. I was not given the choice to have them take possession of the vehicle, nor was I given the choice of taking it to a local salvage to get a "local" price. Their price was from a salvage in Arizona. I can guarantee I would not be taking the vehicle to Arizona to salvage it, so why would I not be able to find out the salvage price I would receive here? Once I got the paperwork, I saw that in spite of their requirement of my having to find a local vehicle for comparison in Wyoming (although I am closer to Denver and Nebraska than most of the state of Wyoming), their comps were NOT taken from Wyoming. Rather, they had comps from Iowa, South Dakota, Montana, and one from the northwestern corner of Wyoming. This vehicle was loaded with all the extras and had 20,000 less miles than average vehicles of that age, but they took nothing into account, and just cut the check after leaving me hanging for weeks and weeks after the accident. Unfortunately, it is those who do not choose to do business with this company, but rather are hit by drivers covered by them, that must pay the price for their shoddy, unjust settlements and lack of communication. If you have chosen to use them as your personal insurance company, BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If not, you have my empathy because we did not choose to give such a poor company our business, but we ended up having to deal with them anyway. I would like to think that the Arizona Insurance Commission would check into their practices and shut them down or make them clean up their act. SHAME on Legacy Insurance (LACK OF) Services, Inc. and SHAME on their employees for drawing a check for such a poor responses to a situation that already is at best an inconvenience, and at worst, could spell financial hardship for someone involved with one of their insured. God forbid if anyone would have been injured in the accident. Would they still be laying in the middle of the road awaiting Legacy's approval for an ambulance? I give ZERO stars, but the site makes me give at least 1.
