Review: The task was to remove two small raised flower beds made of brick that were breaking apart due to frost heave. Ground was to be leveled, excess dirt removed, and pop up sprinklers installed (pipe was already installed). They actually removed a third bed (no brick, fenced only--for tomoatoes) that they weren't supposed to remove.Estimate stated 16 hours labor for a total of $851.42. Actual time spent on the task was about 5 man hours. The problem is that the work was sloppy. Golf ball to near tennis ball sized rocks were scattered over the grass where the dirt was hauled away. Flower bed removal involved removing a short fence in one section, and some steel fence posts. Instead of disposing of these, they were left lying around the yard.Sprinkler heads were installed using flex pipe that wasn't buried completely. One sprinkler head is not buried at all, and is above the ground. When the irrigation water came on, I had a flood. Six of the seven sprinkler heads were 180 degree spray with 15' radius. The two flower beds were strips along the foundation wall approx. 2' x 11' with two head each. The little tomato bed is roughly square about 80" x 68" with 3 heads (including the one not buried). So, clearly the nozzles were oversized.I spent about an hour picking up rocks after they left (before hit with mower), and another three hours (including 2 trips to Lowes) trying to get the right sprinkler nozzles identified, installed and adjusted.Work was dramatically overpriced and sloppy. If the work had been done right, I wouldn't complain about the price.Desired Settlement: I have about 4 hours time, and roughly $50 in parts (I ended up trying several nozzles) in cleaning up/fixing the mess. I expect a landscape company to use the right parts, bury the pipe and sprinkler heads, and clean up after themselves. I have about as much time into that job as they do.I want to be reimbursed for the time and expense. For the price they charged for that little job, it should have been perfect.I delayed payment until after the water came on (turned water on April 4).

Review: I received a statement from them over a month after the last mow, I thought I had been paid up until I received this bill out of the blue. [redacted] sent me a text and asked if he could run my card and I specifically said no I just git this I need a couple weeks or month to pay it. I get on my bank account and see he has taken the payment after I told him no he could not run my card. This is stealing. He took advantage of having my card info from the past and ran it without my permission. After looking at my statement more closely he also was charging me for mows he didn't do. I asked him to stop service on June 19 because we were moving out, these charges state they are for mows and fuel for June 25-July 2. I even called the new owner and he said no one has been out to mow since the 19th. So one he is taking un authorized money out of my account and two he's taking out for charges that aren't mine! Very dishonest business owner.Desired Settlement: The business needs to refund my bank card. And try to stop taking advantage of having peoples card info and running it at will.

Review: We contracted this company to instal a stone wall fence around our property. After completion of the project and upon installation of our gates a month later, it was brought to our attention that the columns/pillars were not filled to the top with concrete and would not support the weight of the gates. We notified the company of the problem and the delayed fixing the problem until after one of the gates pull the column from the panel. We struggled to get the company to fix the situation and upon closer inspection found that several columns were not filled, several bricks were loose, and several column caps were loose as well when slight pressure was placed on them. We have asked them to fix these problems and pay the gate company for reinstalling the gate and they claim that we broke all of bricks and that they would not be filling the remaining columns. They have only come to fix the one column that was pulled free from the panel.Desired Settlement: We only desire to have the quality job completed/repaired properly so that the fence we expect to last 10 years or more will last longer than 2 1/2 months and not fall apart at the lightest of pressure applied to it.
