Do not rent with this company!!!! Dishonest rental agreement and hidden fees!!!! Due to holiday traffic I returned my rental exactly min late (per their time stamp) and was charged NOT ONLY a late fee of $per hour (with which I was okay) BUT ALSO they charged me for a full extra day of insurance and toll feesThis would not be a problem if I had not specifically asked about their return policy when I picked up the carThe Thrifty rep who processed my transaction said I would be charged $per hour if I came back lateInstead I was charged $ I tried to resolve the matter over the phone but they hung up on me the first time I called, and when I called again, I expressed my concern that these extra fees were NOT explicit on their rental agreementThey told me that their insurance and toll charges are optional thus they are not able to refund themHowever, when I rented the vehicle, they told me that I had to take their insurance as it was mandatory They are rip offI am forced to bite the bullet on this oneBut do not make the same mistake I didGo with someone else!!!

This would not be a problem if I had not specifically asked about their return policy when I picked up the car. The Thrifty rep who processed my transaction said I would be charged $15 per hour if I came back late. Instead I was charged $60.
