Hello,We already responded to this complaint twice, here are the messages from it "Hi ***I am writing a response to the complaint # [redacted] The first part of your complaint mentions the tardiness of the T.VdrawerI would like to apologize that you received a damaged drawer; however, though you claim that you sent the drawer back promptly, we still have to a lot time to receive the drawer and make sure you sent back the proper drawerWe have various manufactures for the same drawer and want to make sure you receive the correct, unbroken drawer in returnRegarding the miscommunication about the Fan Etagere, I concede that there is a discrepancy onlinethe item is called a Fan Etagere, but in the description it is listed as "matching etageres and console table." You made an assumption that the description was correct rather than look at the item name and numberOf course, we have to have the disclaimer that we are not responsible for typographical errors- a caveat that is listed on our websiteIf you looked further, you would have looked further or called the store for clarification, you would have noticed that there is a separate item name, number, and price for the console table- showing that it is sold separatelyStill, we are going to try to work something out with the customer individually"and "Hi ***I sent you my response earlier todayI would like to inform you that there was an error in [redacted] response- he claimed that the purchased price was $413, but he said in his statement that he would like a 50% reduction in the second orderHowever, a 50% reduction on the second order would total to $which I just credited himContrary to what he stated, his second item was not $413, this number reflects his first itemI credited him 50% of his second order.Let me know if you have any questions."

We have various manufactures for the same drawer and want to make sure you receive the correct, unbroken drawer in return. Regarding the miscommunication about the Fan Etagere, I concede that there is a discrepancy online. the item is called a Fan Etagere, but in the description it is listed as "matching etageres and console table." I am rejecting this response because:  There replies are not accurate.  The drawer was sent back promptly upon its damaged arrival.  It took several phone calls, all of which that they claimed that the drawyer was on its way, for it to finally be on its way.  They were not truthful in several replies to me.  I also did not ever specifically request a dollar amount from them.  I asked for a 50% reduction in the price since I received 50% of what was advertised.  They are trying to throw the error in communication on me.  It is very clear what is advertised and what was expected to be received.  Their disclaimers are very weak.  I would not recommend doing business with them.  Thanks.  [redacted]

I apologize for the delay in getting this resolved.  I was led to believe the cushion issue was resolved, and believed I had to take no further action.  We will make absolutely certain that the cushions will fit the frames that the customer has.  We will need some additional...

information, which I will contact the customer to get.  Once that's done, we'll make new cushions to the correct size and send them via [redacted].
