Our a/c went out on Friday evening We submitted a request through HomeAdvisor and received a call from Ron Ithe following morning He had Scott come out on Saturday to fix our system and we were so impressed by their integrity and experience that we purchased our new system from them The system was installed on Tuesday Our installers were Anthony and James They were very professional and knowledgeable about the system and took pride in the job they did for us We have already told many friends about their great service and work Thank you, Ron, Scott, Anthony and James for a job well done!
We bought our new A/C heat pump handler at Ierna's 1/years ago It has worked and functioned properly June , it stopped working, I could hear a buzz to the unit and a fan was running but no air Called Ierna's on Monday and they said they would have someone out between noon and 2pm At 11am I got a call from Danny the service technician and he told me he would be on his way after his stop and told me the area and then called be again when he was in route Danny came in checked the problem told me what was wrong and fixed it Very Very happy with the service and the technician Thank you

We've always used ***'s for rental homes and for our personal homeThey have installed ALL of our new unitsThe last unit was a bit of a challenge as we were dealing with a very stubborn house with very limited attic space, thus not much circulationIt took a lot of trouble shooting and visits to solve the cooling mysteryEach and every time someone new was sent outEach and every person came REALLY TRYING HARD and were ALL very kind and considerate even when it took all day and they were hot and miserableChad the manager came out twice and sent me all their best guysAndy, Rich and Anthony and othersFinally the owner *** came out there himself and was determined to get to the bottom of thisHe never left me without resolution and they DID NOT charge me a dime more than what was originally quotedANTHONY and RICH got it working great after *** decided on the best route to take after personally evaluating the homeThank you guys for a job well done and thank you *** for not giving up on me even when I may have been a huge pain in the ***:) I do realize with all of the man power and hours that in the end they did not make a fortune off of me:) Maybe even barely paid for the unitBut very ethical and fairI'm very happy with the outcome

After so many negative experiences with Tampa A/C Companies it was great to have IERNA come in and finish another contractor's failed installation - they came within hours and diagnosed the problems, calculated the air handler shortages and air flow problems, explained why the system was not working properly, showed me everything that needed to be done to get the system to optimal performance, gave a detailed cost proposal - and the next business day they completed the repairs by the end of the next business day Amazing! Dale, TJ and Tito completed the work, and could not have been more professional, customer oriented and polite

My compressor stopped working 6:pm Sat night, degrees outside!! Called the company that I bought the unit from six yrs agoHour later, called them againWas told they don't do 24/service?!? Was told the owner will call me Found an ad from Ierna, they were here half hour later, knew what the problem was and fixed it in five minutes!! Got a discount from the ad, the part was under warrantyExcellent serviceBTW still waiting to hear from the company I bought the unit from.!!
Our entire experience with Ierna has been a pleasure and the model of efficiency Danny gave us a timely estimate and told us that our request could be accomplished the following day We received a phone call soon afterward to explain the timeframe for completion of the work We were then told that prior to them coming to our house, they would give us a heads up call
Then, due to a delay caused by a former a/c company, Ierna called to update us on the delay Ierna even contacted the former a/c company on our behalf Ierna was able to rectify the situation before they did one thing for us which led to them being able to install our unit that afternoon as promised
Nate and Brian arrived in the late afternoon to install our Mitsubishi ductless system They did not leave our property until we were totally satisfied with their work As a former educator who has supervised Construction Management, I was thoroughly impressed with their work ethic but especially their interpersonal skills! You can be assured that whenever we have any need for a/c work, Ierna will be the company we depend upon...without question!

They sent out two of the most professional installers I have every had over the years using different AC company sOmar and Jensen where extremely helpful in explaining how the unit worked , They made sure the area they worked at was left the way they startedThis was not a easy install and yet these two men did a fantastic jobI give this company and Omar and Jensen a ten and recommend them highly
I just wanted to share the fact that I recently called Chad at Ierna's for service on my a/c.....the fan motor had burned out.....not only did they reinstall a new one for me...it was quick and reasonably priced I have used them or times , but now they are my ONLY choice for heating and cooling....and Derek, the installer was so helpful and informative....THANKS to both of you !!!!!
Recently installed a new AC/Heat Pump unit From the time of estimates to install I was informed about what I would get, why this was an ideal choice for my home and how my previous unit was not adequate While they weren't the lowest price, they had the best service ratings Upon install, the outside unit wasn't performing at capacity So the next day a tech was sent out to do a full analysis and on the spot a manufacture defect was found and the entire unit was replaced You aren't going to get service like that through the many friends to who told me "I got a guy who does AC installs" I highly recommend Ierna - so glad I included them in the estimate phase Thank you to Scott, Nick, Christian and Robbie for taking the time and attention to making everything right with my install Couldn't have asked for a better experience
