Review: I had signed a contract for work on July 2, 2015. I paid a deposit for 1/3 of the job. I received a text from [redacted] on August 6th. I had called him back, left 2 text and a email with no response back. Finally after leaving a message on his company facebook page I get response back saying he isn't doing the work and is going to provide a refund back. It has been a week and I still haven't received my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to refund of my deposit since he never started the services as promised.

Review: I would like to complain about Legacy professional exterior service. After completing a deck work for my house before July 16, 2014, they failed to remove leftover trashes and supplies. I called several times and asked one of the staff to send people who can remove it. He promised but no one came to remove it. The trash has been left on our yard and damaged our grasses. I ask your cooperation to contact this company and get the trash removed from out year.Thank youDesired Settlement: I need the trash removed from my yeard.
