I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I am rejecting the companies offer because I deserve to have my funds refunded to meEverything about the company was advertisementThe gym equipment has been broken since I moved in March 2014, so why is it just being looked into? The gate has also been broken the majority of the time I've lived thereI called and left a message about the broken dryer and the money it took, but I never received a responseI complained about the pest problem twice and someone came and sprayed, but it didn't resolve the problem in the leastThe overflow of trash from the trash compactor is what I believe caused the pest problemThe grounds and laundry room are always flithy, so I have no idea what the groundskeeper is actually doingNo one should have to pay a month to live in these conditions, which is why I deserve to be refunded for the months I lived there Regards, [redacted]

I have read the compliant that we received from *** ***. I do not feel that we should reimburse her for any of her funds she has paidShe currently has not paid her Jan or Feb rentWe are aware of the fitness equipment and are in the process of getting new equipment*** has
not said anything to any of the staff members regarding the vacuum taking her moneyShe also has not told us of any issues regarding the washers not workingWe have a company that comes out monthly to service the machines and to collect the moneyWe do have a groundskeeper that is now responsible for taking care of the grounds, and the amenity areasShe has not requested treatment for her pest issues since Dec4, She is aware that if she has a pest issue that she must notify the office so we can have *** come take care of the issue*** has lived here since March and has not reported any of these problems to us since the pest issue in Dec*** is scheduled to come out this Thursday, so I will make sure they treat her aptThank you,*** *** Property Manager

My apartment was broken into it took weeks for me to get my door fixed the apartment mangers an cooperate office did nothing about it! I wrote a letter to with hold rent an *** came to my door to tell me she would file an eviction on me if I didn't pay although they didn't have the door fixed ! There is a lot of drug activity an strange people on my breeze way all through the night an they do nothing about it !

replace valve. Car ran fine. 2 weeks later car comes back with no oil in it. We add oil and notice it smoking. Do compression check. Its good. Ask customer again if they had any problems other than valve, they say no. Tear down car again, free of charge, send head to machine shop. No problems. Put back together. Cost the shop 600 dollars that cost customer nothing. Car continues to burn oil. I never said we dropped anything in the motor. total load of BS! Few days later,customers boyfriend comes in shop starts using f word and gets confrontational in parking lot. I get upset and boldly ask him if the car has been burning oil before they brought here. He says about 2-3 quarts every 2 weeks. I realize then I'm dealing with someone who wants a brand new car for the repairs we did and was not truthful. He threatens to sue me. At this point I'm so pissed off I tell him fine go get a lawyer It'll cost more than the car is worth. (out of anger since he's cussed me 3 times at this point). He leaves, I never see him again.
