Prices were goodNo Reviews on their Website, which should have been a clue I bought a Mod (Vaporesso Target) from Sweet vapes a month ago, Which turned out to have a dangerous defect (overheating and screen glitch while left unattended, a very well documented defect with this device) This was one month agoI contacted them on the day I received the device for a refund or replacement, which is in keeping with their ludicrous "hour defective product replacement" policyI received no responseSeveral weeks and three emails later, I finally got a reply, offering weak excuses, and claims that my earlier emails had not been receivedThey then asked me to send them video of the problem (which meant subjecting myself and my home to a serious fire hazard), and they would decide if they would helpFirst I sent a photo I had taken on the day I got the deviceNo replySo I posted a youtube video and sent them the link, which received a warning from Google for violating their "commercial promotion" policyAfter being bounced around between several reps, They admitted they had received my emails, said they would take a return, test the device, and replace it if I wasn't lying This was phrased as such (verbatim): "Please make sure that you include a detailed note with a detailed description of what the device is doing inside your package that includes your name, order #, and a detailed description of the reason for your return and also if applicable a detailed description of the problem with the device as well as any Serial numbers & Filled out Warranty cards for the device“IMPORTANT NOTICE” If the device is returned without a serial number I.EPicture or photo copy only ““NOT HAND WRITTEN”” or there will be no processing of the returned itemUpon receiving the device we will test it out if found defective we will replace with same device, if repairable we will contact you and discuss our findings." Does that make sense? Is copy+paste+send without proofreading professional? The answer is NOThey also demanded that I pay for return postage, which after everything else was the last straw for meIf they had responded the first time I contacted them, and provided a return shipping label like every other business out there, I wouldn't be writing this review After nearly a month of this trash, Still nothingThey simply don't careTL;DR, Whatever you do, do not shop with Sweet VapesThey are incompetent, lazy, rude, and clearly have no interest in customer relationsI can't say enough negative things about my experience

This was one month ago. I contacted them on the day I received the device for a refund or replacement, which is in keeping with their ludicrous "24 hour defective product replacement" policy. I received no response.
Several weeks and three emails later, I finally got a reply, offering weak excuses, and claims that my earlier emails had not been received. They then asked me to send them video of the problem (which meant subjecting myself and my home to a serious fire hazard), and they would decide if they would help.
First I sent a photo I had taken on the day I got the device. No reply. So I posted a youtube video and sent them the link, which received a warning from Google for violating their "commercial promotion" policy. TL;DR, Whatever you do, do not shop with Sweet Vapes. They are incompetent, lazy, rude, and clearly have no interest in customer relations. I can't say enough negative things about my experience.
