I would like to file a complaint against Legacy Supportworks Our house is sinking and we need foundation work done We had the salesman, Nick M*** come out to give us an estimate The main issue was a back door that would no longer lock That was a major issue and we discussed this at length He quoted us an option for piers to fix the immediate problem and recommended two additional foam solutions to take care of the rest of the house We hired the company for the pier solution with the intention of doing the foam when finances would permit
The workmen came out and were very pleasant and worked hard but the solution MrM*** recommended was completely inadequate When I demonstrated that the door still did not lock (the primary cause for hiring this company), the door and window frames had not moved, and the cracks had not c
Legacy Supportworks is the best service company I have ever dealt withEveryone I have spoken with or had come to work on our foundation has been knowledgeable, courteous, and concerned about answering my questionsTheir project manager arrived on time, carefully examined the foundation and addressed all out issues (doors wouldn't open, cracks in the walls of every room, a garage separating and sinking,) and explained what needed to be done and the cost to our satisfactionThe production team arrived on time (driving to Abilene from Amarillo,) worked full 8am-6pm days, were polite (no profanity, no smoking, no trash left behind,) and carefully cleaned the driveways, sidewalks, yard, etc., when the job was finishedThe gentlemen went above and beyond, replacing screws in our doors that had warped because of the shifting foundationAfter working all day, one of the crew went down the block and mowed the lawn for an elderly lady he noticed was struggling to get the job doneThe project manager followed up to make sure we were satisfiedI have recommended Legacy Supportworks several times and will continue to do so
