This is the case of the client, Mr*** ***, who received the full performance of two years’ worth of services, who is now using intimidation tactics in an attempt to strong arm the provider of the completed services to offer a refund in exchange for extraction of the complaint. Mr***
has a background as the owner of a public relations company, (Name to be provided upon request), and knows full well the devastation of a accusation. He is using the forum of the Revdex.com and the Arizona Board of Accountancy to receive a refund of all completed services using intimidation. He is fully aware that the Revdex.com will list every complaint regardless of merit. He would also be aware that the State Board of Accountancy must investigate every complaint regardless of the validityAttached are the facts of the case in dispute of Mr***’s claim

We will be delivering on Monday the 30th of October a document containing 437 pages detailing our response to Mr. [redacted] complaint filed with the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.  In the response, we detail all services are complete and why we will not be issuing a refund.  We are happy to provide a copy to both the Revdex.com and to Mr. [redacted].
