This repair was based on time and materialsIt did exceed our estimated time because of Utility fuel issues, besides installing the failed equipment and calibrating the engine speed I am pretty sure the parts mentioned were not the same part numbers that we installed, but regardless they are
OEM parts purchased from the closest dealer and we only used our markup that covers admin, shipping and handling charges I did receive permission to proceed from Collette manager at the time and we worked with *** through the process of troubleshooting the fuel pressure issues All in all the job accumulated hours of labor We did return to the Rose Garden to make sure it was running correctly during the next exercise at no chargeThere was an issue with the throttle sticking which our technician cleared up.I even called Colette prior to submitting the WO for invoicing expressing my concerns over how much time we had spent getting the generator running just right I told her that if there was a problem with it please give me a call right away Now I understand that Colette is no longer employed at Rose Garden So I have explained this series of events to Steve the current manager and let him know that we have been your faithful generator service provider for years In no way were we trying to take advantage of Mrs***Please give us a chance to discuss this matter with you.Phil P*** - Manager
