Dear Revdex.com of Northeast Florida:
Mr*** had Legacy Toyota perform an engine oil and filter change on his Toyota MRThe VIN # *** is documented on invoice *** with the date of October 11th with the mileage of 119,recorded
On December 16th 2014, Mr
*** contacted me and indicated that his engine was making noise and insisted that Legacy Toyota did not install enough oil when the last oil change was performed
I explained that we have a standard procedure of having the engine oil level verified as full before the vehicle ever leaves our work areaAt no time did I ever state that Mr*** was a liar
I also offered to tow the vehicle to our facility so that we could inspect the vehicle for the noise that he stated was presentI was surprised that he drove the vehicle to our facility
The vehicle was inspected on December 16th Repair order was created to document that Mr*** had us inspect his vehicleThe vehicle arrived with 120,miles on itI had a Master Toyota technician inspect the vehicle and he determined that the engine had excessive ring blow by, that oil was present in the tail pipe and that smoke would come out of the exhaust when the vehicle was deceleratedWe advised Mr*** of our findings and he explained to me that he had paid too much for the vehicle and that this vehicle was costing him much more than he anticipated and that he needed the current condition to be somebody else’s concern since he was running out of funds to repair the vehicle
I explained to Mr*** that he had in fact driven the vehicle for days and 1,miles since the oil change was performed and that his engine oil consumption was from wear
Legacy Toyota is not responsible for the condition of Mr***’s vehicle and will not repair it as requested by Mr***
Sincerely,
*** ***

To Whom It May Concern:
The customer purchased a Toyota Sienna from the dealership on December 30, 2014. As the customer mentioned, prior to the sale a small rock chip in the windshield was repaired. The repair met the Toyota Certified standards. After purchasing and
taking delivery of the vehicle , the customer notified the dealership they were unsatisfied with the windshield repair.
Our General Manager, *** ***, met with the customer on Saturday, January 10, and agreed to replace the windshield at no charge to the customer. The windshield has since been replaced

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This was only a consumer awareness statement. I have a new vehicle and the previous one is gone. I no longer wish to have any contact, or dealings with Legacy Toyota. They are a disgrace to what is considered a "decent" business even by today's standards. I just want my story to show everyone what they are all about. Especially considering Mr. [redacted] didn't even respond to over half of what I said: like the preventative maintenance, or the fact that he is basically saying that my engine which never had problems before miraculously had issues after 61 days or how many ever miles he stated. Pretty fishy there, just saying. Also, he literally just said everything I had told you. Except the lie in which he told stating that they would tow my vehicle to their shop. He only told me that after I had already driven my vehicle to Legacy Toyota after not being responded to by email, text, phone call, fax, or even carrier pigeon. So as you can tell they "really" care about customer service.

To Whom It May Concern:

We contacted the lease company immediately and advised we would be sending a check for the remaining lease payment and to verify the amount due.  They advised there was a balance of $449.95, including a $225 fee assessed by the leasing company for wear and...

tear.  A check in the amount of $224.95, which represented the balance due less the wear and tear fee, was sent to the leasing company. I notified the customer of the same on April 1, 2015. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sincerely,
