Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:As I stated before I do understand that the company may have had an issue with time with regard with charging my credit cardThe fact that my credit card company gave me a credit from their end but has yet to receive a credit from your company is the issueI cannot "stop payment" since I used a credit card and not a debit cardNeither my credit card company nor I have received any refund or "stop payment" amount from your companyYour company still got paidMy card company is still trying to acquire funds from your companyThe credit my card company issued is only temporary until the issue is resolved with your companySo, until a refund is issued from your company I will still have a complaintAlso, if I change my mind on a service, a refund should be givenI have never heard of a company refusing to issue a refund when services haven't been provided as of yetAs a consumer I have the legal right to change my mindOffering free services was a nice gesture in trying to amend the problem though I did not accept the service for reasons I stated in my initial e-mailThe free service offer though nice is misguided since the company still charged meSo, stating you'll give me a service you charged me for as a favor is strange to me.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:At the time I sent my e-mail asking them not to continue the case they had not charged my card yet. I warned them in my e-mail that I would dispute any charges that they charged, this is any charge they would charge even though I told them to stop the case. Here is the exact wording of my e-mail correspondence."Hello Robert, I'm surprised to hear that the forms are 90% done since I inputted the information and e-mailed you to stop work on the case after business hours yesterday. At this point I cannot use your services. Please cancel the case. I contacted my card company and will dispute any charges that are posted. Sorry for the inconvenience, but after speaking with my husband and seeing reviews for your company on-line I do not wish to use your services. Thank you,[redacted]After I sent in my complaint to the Revdex.com Robert contacted me by phone to let me know that there must have been a misunderstanding that the company didn't want to incur a double hit by cancelling the charge and then refunding the charge. He said that the credit card company would hit them twice that way. That is absolutely false since I can't dispute a charge that hasn't been charged. They simply could have not charged me in the first place. Given that this may be a large company that has a lot of red tape, I could possibly believe that there was a miscommunication within the company except for the fact that they have yet refunded my card for the charge as of right now. My card company has notified me that they have contacted the company but have not heard a response from them yet. So, until they refund the charged amount I still have a complaint against them.Sincerely,[redacted]

HelloWe had run the credit card the night we received then questionnaire. We had already processed it and prepared most of the documents by the time we were notified of her decision not to use our service. She stated she notified her bank to stop the fee which she did. We needed to take no more action on this since she contracted the bank.We made an effort to prepare the documents fast.We can't be blamed for her changing her mind after sending us the request and completed questionnaire. Payments are processed before we begin preparing documents.We also offered to prepare her documents for free since there was a misunderstanding.
