Review: I engaged the services of Legal Credit USA to negotiate and settle some old credit card accounts and collections as well as begin repairing my credit after losing my business a few years ago. I met with [redacted] on February 7, 2014 in his office in Downtown [redacted] and reviewed a copy of my credit report and discussed all of the accounts he would assist with. He assured me he could handle the negotiations, settlements, and fix the issues on my credit reports. He showed me evidence of successful negotiations and credit deletions from previous clients dated within the proceeding 30 days and I had every confidence he could help me. His fee was $1,250 and I needed to send that along with copies of my Driver's License and Social Security card to him to begin. These were over-nighted the same day upon returning to my office. He was to order credit reports form all 3 agencies and I would receive them within 30-days. This never happened. I followed up several times to see what the issue was and could never get him back on the phone. He does not respond to texts or emails either. When I finally did get a response I was told he needed clearer copies of ID's which I sent immediately. I waited and waited. Still no reports and no contact from Greg. I emailed, called and text again with no response. Finally, last week he answered a call only to tell me he is not sure what he can do and he needs a few documents signed for hi to continue with my file. He said he would email them the next day and I had to hunt him down again to get these documents. He sends me several Power of Attorney forms to sign to let him speak with my creditors, however the forms are for accounts that do not need to be addressed. When we met we went over in detail the accounts that needed attention and set a game plan. 3 months later I have yet to see any results or work-product for my $1,250 and can't get a return call or email with an explanation.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $1,250.
