Review: "It's been 2.5 years and I seem to be a bother to them when I call to get status, and starting 2013, no return calls, emails, and website is no longer available. A lot of run around, no results. They asked me to be patient in September 2012. That was 14 months into my contract with them. They are terrible at returning phone calls only respond when threatened, excuses of new phone systems for failure to receive or respond to my communication. They asked me to provide financial data -- I did. They asked my to consider not paying the payment that might get BofA interested in listening, and all sorts of bogus advices. I am not satisfied with this company, whatsoever. What is my law firm doing for me? I paid a significant amount of money over 2 years ago. They should not have taken my money if they can't deliver their due diligence, be honest with me so I can move on to another tactic.Desired Settlement: Reimburse me of the original $5,000 in fees so I can put it to good use. I worked very hard to save what money I had and this company just took advantage of me.
