Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below For all the talk about security, it is shocking that Legal Dynamics publicized the amount in the retirement account I wonder what their intentions were As hope I mentioned, when I was trying to clarify what paperwork they needed, I followed the security protocol, left several messages using the phone number on record and referred to the case number that I was assigned I also scheduled an appointment but the consultant was unavailable at the time of the appointment So, no, I would not pay half price or any price for this kind of 'service.' I maintain that the initial 'free consult' contained no specific legal information and certainly did not make clear what the contract entailed Regards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com:We certainly understand and sympathize with divorcing clients.  This lengthy process
can be extremely distressing for clients attempting to gain access to retirement assets.  However, it is important to understand that the process of transferring retirement benefits must...

With regard to her inquiry about why she always speaks to the same person, we make every effort to schedule each client with the Actuary's office who drafted her court orders.  In the event that she would like to request a different Actuary, we will gladly accommodate her.Best regards.[redacted]Legal Dynamics QDRO Firmwww.LegalDynamics.comwww.QDRO.coMAILING ADDRESS / ALL LOCATIONS:[redacted]OFFICES:[redacted]INTAKE DIVISION - NEW CLIENT SET-UP:[redacted] - FREE Initial Phone Consults - Eastern US[redacted] - FREE Initial Phone Consults - Western US[redacted] - New Case Fax NumberALL ACTIVE CLIENTS:[redacted] - ADMINISTRATION CENTER[redacted] - Admin Center Fax Number

Review: Legal Dynamics has a system whereby they do not accept phone calls and do not return phone calls. They also do not answer email requests.

I paid them and submitted a variety of documents. I have not received confirmation that they have them. I have not received a status report. I have not received an expected time of completion. They do not accept nor return phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like them to communicate and then complete the document. If they cannot do this, they need to return the money so I can use another company.

Terrible service. They don't answer e-mails or phone calls. The work was paid for but it was not done.

Review: I retained this Company a year ago to handle the division of assets in a divorce settlement. Originally I just hired them to type the documents for me to send to the Plan Administrators but on July 30, 2014 I retained them to forward them to the Plan Administrator for an extra $475. This was supposed to take just a matter of months to get them returned, but in December after almost 11 months of dealing with this company and their policy being to charge you $50 just to respond to your email or $99 for a 15 minute phone consultation just to hear a status update, they agreed to call me at no charge since I left so many messages. They stated that they had heard nothing back from the plan administrators but when my ex husband called the plan administrators they said they received nothing from Legal Dynamics, and even if they had they would have informed them that [redacted] is now handling the Plan for [redacted] to which I had already informed Legal Dynamics of this change.

It has been a year of me not earning interest on the division of this retirement benefit and I simply want phone calls returned since when I retained them they said and I quote "It normally takes three months for this to be settled" And if this is such a big company, how come I always talk to the same person.Desired Settlement: I want proof that the documents were delivered to the five different plans and proof that they are following up if documents are not received in a timely fashion from them. I am not sure but I have been divorced almost two years and if there is a time limit to divide these assets, I could potentially have lost out on this because of their incompetence $100,000 in retirement benefits. I also should not be charged for phone updates or email updates to get the status of this case.
