I came to Legal Experts office to get a consultation regarding my 2 misdemeanor cases. I was met by Executive Director of the office ***. He started to flirt with me right away. He told me he would give me the best lawyer they had and I would be able to communicate with the lawyer directly. Also he said that he would assign to me a lawyer who has an experience with mental health diversion program and would pursue that diversion for my cases. Since I am a perfect candidate for mental health diversion I wanted to pursue that route. *** talked me over to make me sign the Retainer, and I paid *** to be represented at the courts for my 2 cases: One case is at ***, another is at *** Foltz Criminal Justice Center.
Soon after I signed the Retainer I was told that I could not communicate directly with the lawyer assigned to me. All the communication had to be done through secretaries.
I saw my attorney only a few times briefly and he had never spent time with me going through my cases and discussing possible options for the best outcome for me.
Once when I came to the office *** offered me to be involved in a fraud by creating a fake water damage to the house where I used to live and getting paid for that by insurance company. He said he had a company that could create a fake water damage to the house, and he said that he wanted one third of the settlement. He also offered me to be involved in other fraud and illegal activities. I refused.
May times when I called the office trying to reach *** (an attorney who was assigned to me) *** was very rude, yelled at me, called me names, talked to me in absolutely disrespectful and humiliating way. Also he threatened me that he would put me in jail and said that I would see what he was really about. He showed absolute misconduct and clear violation of attorney and business ethics.
It was very difficult to get a hold of my attorney ***. He was always rude to me, and has never spent time to go with me through my cases.
I am a perfect candidate for mental health diversion program. And since the beginning I asked the lawyer to pursue this diversion. However he did not want to do it. He told me that he had asked the judge about mental health diversion, but it was not approved. And that is not true.
A lawyer has to file a motion asking for mental health diversion and ask the court to appoint the the doctor for the evaluation if I am qualified for mental health diversion. And *** did not want to do that. Every time when I saw him he was rude to me and I he did not act in my best interests.
When I asked *** "Why am I not getting the service I was promised'" he answered that they could not do any more for the amount of money I had paid. Recently I was told that I had to pay *** more to get evaluated whether I am qualified for mental health diversion. Now I need to hire another attorney who can help me and pursue mental health diversion program for my CCB case and reopen case in *** court since I had already plead in that case and took an offer for a different diversion program that *** asked me to take.

'Legal Experts? business does many fraud activities. They are not honest. They promise you a lot to make you sign and pay money, and then don't deliver their promises. I was mistreated, threatened and humiliated by them.
