In response to the letter dated 3/8/Re: ***While we sincerely regret that this client is not satisfied with her experience at our salon, we stand by our approach to provide the highest level of customer service and we feel our original response adequately explains our policy regarding returnsAs stated previously, we warmly invite our guests to return to the salon in the event they are not completely satisfied with their hairWith over professional stylists to choose from, pairing the client with a highly skilled & trained hairdresser is no problem at all

This was the client's first visit to our salonShe was scheduled with one of our top stylistsOur stylists are ranked based on performance, level of demand, training completed, and client retentionThis particular stylist consistently outperforms in these areas.The day of the client's
appointment, she expressed that she was very happy with her haircut and even left a generous tip which her stylist appreciatedThe client did not let us know that she was unhappy with her haircut until her email Monday evening requesting that a refund be mailed to herIn response to her email, we called the client to discuss her concernsWe have a very open policy which welcomes our clients to return for complimentary services if they are not completely satisfied with their hairTherefore, the client could have returned to our salon for a complimentary re-cut if she wasn't 100% satisfied with her haircutWe are also flexible with this policy so that clients have the choice to either re-visit the same stylist or see another professional stylist within our salon (we have over highly skilled professional stylists to chose from)We would have been happy to fix anything she was unhappy with had she given us the opportunity to do soOur goal is to provide services that meet or exceed the client's expectationsWe do not consider it a good practice to refund services that have been rendered. Our policy is published online as follows: We guarantee our work and we will do whatever it takes to assure your satisfactionThough occasionally we may not live up to your expectations, we will be happy to correct any of these situationsWe must ask that you notify us within days of your visit with your concernsNo cash refunds will be givenDefective merchandise must be returned within days for exchangeHowever, we cannot issue credit for merchandise that has been depleted by 25% or more.Kindly,Angela *** at Legal Hair

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowFirst, I am not from that area. Second, if there top stylist messed up my hair, why would I go back? Who would trust the work of a lower level stylist.  Third, I was never told about a 10 day guarantee or no refund. They are claiming Bri is a top stylist and if so my hair would not have needed fixed. I will submit my receipt from Philip P[redacted] for you to review. They owe me a refund for poor work and misleading me to believe I was With a top Stylist.
