Client [redacted] was issued a full refund of $490 on 1/25/18. This issue has been resolved the client was very disrespectful and unreasonable but we have resolved this issue. [redacted]

[redacted] came to Legal License Specialists for Assistance with her suspended drivers license. We agreed to her she then signed a contract with us outlining our policies and procedures she reviewed our documents and signed off on them. final. [redacted] didn't pay us $800 as she indicated in her compliant she only $600 and that cost also included a Insurance policy trhough our insurance agent [redacted]. We clearly state in our contract their are no guarantees although our success ratio has been 100% she accepted those terms.We did help [redacted] obtain an Occupational License through the courts as we stated in our contract we would attempt to do. [redacted] informed us that she hasn't received her hard copy license from Texas Department of Public Safety. She brought to our attention that the initial Judge that granted the License didn't included the counties that she was allowed to drive in so Texas DPS didn't release her hard copy. When she brought this mistake to our attention I then made a trip down to that judges court and got her assistant to correct the mistake we then sent the correction back off to Texas DPS for issuance of [redacted] hard copy License. We also copied license [redacted] on the email and fax that was sent to Texas DPS. She became very impatient and threaten to call Revdex.com. To date we have fulfilled all of the obligations we offered under our contract terms. We did provide [redacted] with Texas Deoartment of Public Safety phone number to call direct. We however did speak to the Texas Department of Public Safety and they have corrected the Judges change to the petition and they stated that they are ready to send out her hard copy once she pays her $10 fee to print her hard copy license. We spoke to them on 4/06/2016. [redacted] stated she have already mailed in her payment to Texas Department of Public Safety for her hard copy but Texas DPS stated they show no record on that payment from her and they are waiting to receive that before they can mail out her hard copy of her license.We haven't made any additional contact with [redacted] since she filed a Revdex.com compliant.
