Review: Legal Loophole was supposed to file a real estate tax grievance for my home for the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 tax years. With numerous e-mails going back and forth, I was told the 2013/2014 paperwork was filed. It was not until I asked for copies of the filings that they informed me they did not file for that year. Legal Loophole has informed me that the grievance for the 2014/2015 tax year was filed in February 2014. After several phone calls and numerous e-mails, I have not heard back from them on the outcome.Desired Settlement: Please let me know if the grievance was truly filed for the 2014/2015 tax year. If so, is it still pending? When will we know the outcome? What follow up work have you done with NYC?
