Hello ***, this is [redacted] replying for complaint id [redacted] [redacted] Dear Mrs [redacted] , I apologize for the recent unpleasant experience we have encountered but I'm very sorry we cannot give a refundWe are convinced that you just needed a polish touch up or polish change because because that's what you asked for when you came back the next day and said that you needed some nails fixedAt the time, we was very busy and could not take you in to do the fix immediately and we apologize for your the inconvenienceBut our policy is 1st come 1st serveYou didn't want to wait and left the salonThe next day you called us and asked for a full refund and I told we couldn't give you a rufund and you got upsetI told you we will gladly do a full gel polish change for you for freeBut you refused We are still willing to do the full polish with gel and we will also add a $hand design for you as an apology and a complimentary giftBut as of the full refund, I'm sorry but we can't do itThank you

because that's what you asked for when you came back the next day and said that you needed some nails fixed. At the time, we was very busy and could not take you in to do the fix immediately and we apologize for your the inconvenience. But our policy is 1st come 1st serve. You didn't want to wait and left the salon. The next day you called us and asked for a full refund and I told we couldn't give you a rufund and you got upset. I told you we will gladly do a full gel polish change for you for free. But you refused . We are still willing to do the full polish with gel and we will also add a $10 hand design for you as an apology and a  complimentary gift. But as of the full refund, I'm sorry but we can't  do it.
