This woman called my business and wanted me to review a Motion for Reconsideration that SHE wrote, and wanted me to give my OPINION on how to improve it. She wanted to come into my office and meet with me, and I declined to take her work for two reasons. One reason was that I am not meeting with...

clients presently as I am recovering from a pulmonary embolism and am on home oxygen. However, I am working full-time from home, but I told her that I presently am only working with clients who I can service over the internet and email.  I repeated this to her that I was working with clients that I could assist via phone, fax, email, snail mail, etc. I also told her that I was EXTREMELY busy. This is true, and my legal document preparation services are greatly in demand. She insisted on meeting with me, even though I explained the SECOND REASON to her (below). 

The second reason that I cannot assist her is that I am unable to give her LEGAL ADVICE, which is what she was seeking. When I told her that it was legal advice, she started to scream that it wasn't legal advice and screeched, "STOP BEING NEGATIVE!!" as she abruptly hung up the telephone. This woman was never a client, and I'm very glad that I have been spared from working with such a person. 

Lastly, as far as "WE", I do have other document preparers who work on client work but they do not do civil litigation as this woman wanted.  I also have someone who assists with other admin work and doesn't prepare legal documents. So, the issue about other people in my business never came up. I never stated that it was "only me" working at my business. She simply ASSUMED, and you know the proverb about making assumptions.

I am really unsure why this woman is so retaliatory and reactive simply because I exercised my right as an American and a business person TO DECLINE to work on her legal matter. WE NEVER ENTERED INTO A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP OF ANY KIND!

I consider myself blessed to have not engaged her further, since she felt that I was worthy of a Revdex.com Complaint simply because I told her that I ethically could not do what she wanted me to do. Her "discrimination" argument is laughable for many reasons. In my business, I have every right to take the cases that I want to take and to be "discriminating" about them. However, even if some Federal law prohibited discrimination, I had no reason to discriminate against her on the basis of race, gender, creed or color. I simply did not line up with her offer of work, no matter how much she wanted me to do it. She really is retaliating because SHE DESPERATELY WANTED ME TO WORK ON HER MOTION... and for no other reason.  IT'S A SHAME THAT SHE FELT THE NEED TO RETALIATE AND FILE A Revdex.com REPORT.  UNBELIEVABLE!

  As you can see, this lady admits she "is not taking clients" and is LISTED AS TAKING CLIENTS FOR MULTIPLE TYPE OF CASES, INCLUDING what I needed: A legal document!!  I advised her mutlple times, I do NOT want "legal advise" as I have hired attorneys and write my own legal documents.  I asked her several time to look my document over and rewrite it or make a new legal document.   The then stated mutle times again:   "I am too sick to work, I am booked up for a year of work anyway, and even though she is listed as taking and listed as seeing clients regarding civil documents, she would not take my case!!"  But she had time to go on for at least an hour about referring me to "some non related cases against the government" and her friends who are dying of Government non conscentual human experimenting:V2K evil technology!

  Again, I am tired of these legal places listing themselves as "active" and taking mutlple types of cases, and then you call them, and they say "no" I'm NOT taking any cases, and I sure am NOT taking your case!  If she is "sick" but has time to go on for an hour about her friends "legal battles" she didn't seem too sick to me.  I definatly feel she was Discriminating from taking my case, but say s she is "taking email" cases, but is still booked up for a year.  

  As I originally stated:

  1.  This is FRAUD for listing she is open for regular clients, civl cases, and regular meetings and document preparation.

  2. I never have and never would as I told her, want her LEGAL ADVISE, SHE IS NOT EVEN AN ATTORNEY, AS SHE ADMITED, I ALREADY wrote some of my own legal documents, but since mine was DISMISSED, illegally and unconstitutionally, I asked her to prepare a new one, or a Motion for Reconsideration.  She said she would not do that. And had time to go on with personal info.

  3.  Again this is not legal advise, this is part of her job, she is listed as able and capable do do and meet with clients and discuss legal matters in order to write legal documents, this is not Attorney level, legal advise.  She has an excuse for everything.

  4.  Then insult me, as "she feels "blessed" to decline this lady.  This is pure Discrimination.

  Conclusion:

  I feel you should close this lady down.  Her advertisement is Fasle, she is not open and taking cases for legal documents, she states she is bookup for a year at least!  She declined, what she is listed as taking: Civil doc. prep., Declining this work for "no valid reason" is discrimination.  If she only takes limited, very few types of "Civil" doc. prep., this should be listed in her advertisement!!!  She is listed as Taking a Wide Variety of Cases!!  With "no unreasable time lapse or health issues" she is facing!!  She stated to me, she is too sick with life threatening "pulinary embolism" to take cases, so she and her advertisment needs to be taken down and her certification revoked if she is too sick, not taking cases and declining Civil document preparation as I asked.  But had time to go on for an hour about her friends horible story of "governement abuse!!"

  See this lady's Revdex.com advertisement, to see how misleading, misrepresenting and False this is.. stated several times to her, I would never take any of her legal advise, I wanted a new legal document done or redo my legal document.  She then proceded to give me the above long list of reasons why she CANNOT do a simple legal document for me of all the listed above reasons!!!

   As "sick and full of internet work only" as she is: please do us customers a favor, and take her advertisment down for good!!!

She waited a good 2 hrs of my time, and I see this done recently, they want to hear your full story, then tell you what they should have from the beginnng and have no "taking business" advertisements, that they are NOT going to take your case!!

Please get a copy of the phone recording I had with her, to see I am telling all of the truth her, Nothing I asked of her, was attorney "legal advise" it was only legal information, a "normal" Legal Document Preparer, would need to know and discuss, in order to write a legal document.  This lady is FULL OF EXCUSES AND FULL OF ALOT MORE.

Review: I called this (ONE) lady (The internet advertisement says: "WE" repeatedly!!)..she is alone, and says she is "homebound" due to illness and so she cannot take my Legal Document work!! She is listed as taking in and preparing legal papers for Civil Supeanos and Depostions and "to produce evidence"...she says she is sick with a pulimary embolism, and will not take my case and "has enouph work for a year, now, so she is not takig any more work" and that my request for proof reading and rewriting or adding any new informaton into a "Motion for Reconsideraton" or new Petition, is NOT something she does as she is sick and that is "legal advise!!"...yet her advertisment states she takes all these types of legal work to write and edit documents. This is clear Fraud, as after making me tell my whole story and going into alot of private information, after talking to her a half an hr of waisting my time, she stated she will not write a legal document for me!!Desired Settlement: I feel her advertisment should be taken down, if she is NOT taking any new cases as she said and is home bound and only looks at email from clients and is not taking any new cases, if she is taking some and lieing to me: that is DISCRIMINATION! This is my response to the Complaint of [redacted]. On or about March 27, 2013, I sent the agreed-upon completed documents t[redacted] at the UPS Store where he wished to receive them. The email said that he should review the documents and let me know if he saw any edits. I didn’t hear from him in the several weeks that followed, so I called him. I was afraid that perhaps he believed that I did not send the documents as agreed. All the contrary, he said that he received them and they were fine, except that he was contemplating getting a legal separation instead of divorce. We chatted, and I agreed to change the documents as a courtesy to him, even though such changes are not included in his original pricing. Actually, I had fulfilled our contract when I emailed those documents.

Unfortunately, on April 30, 2013, I collapsed on my kitchen floor and awoke to paramedics. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and stayed over a week as an inpatient, partly in ICU cardiac. I did not have cardiac problems, but rather had suffered a pulmonary embolism (MULTILPE blood clots to the lungs). I was placed on blood thinners. After being released, bled profusely for a week and was hospitalized again for over a week. I had to have several blood transfusions. Since April, I have been to the hospital several times and am convalescing. I am still on home oxygen since April.

I have spoken to Mr. [redacted]. He knew how sick I was. Last Friday, in fact, we came to an agreement. I was going to refer him to someone else competent to assist him, but he insisted on my staying on the case. The work that I performed for him was $505.00. I agreed that I would convert the documents to a Petition for Legal Separation. He asked what he could do to help me, and I said that since the hospitalization, I wasn’t exactly certain where the $321.00 cashier’s check was… without going on a hunt. I asked him if he could swap that out with his bank for a new one. The check is not made payable to me. It is the check for the court filing fee. He said that was no problem and he called me the next day to tell me that he had already done it and had the check in hand.

I am hoping to get the other documents revised to the new type of procedure by the end of the day. He is a very nice man, and I’m afraid that this has been a misunderstanding because of several factors including my severe and unexpected illness.

I believe that this matter is resolved. I will be sending two more emails as proof that I completed the work. Please send me a confirmation that this response has been received.

I retained [redacted] of LegalPapers, LLC in 2012 to assist me in filing papers in defense of a $350,000 claim against me. The matter is coming to trial on March 18th with the largest personal injury firm in the Southwest trying to get out of what was filed against me because they cannot try the case on the facts pled in their complaint. They believed they could use the law and their ability to manipulate it to secure what would have been a default judgement of $350,000 for something I was never liable for. Not only is Ms. [redacted] one of the most ethical individuals I've met or ever worked with, she is by far more competent than many of the attorney's I've dealt with in the past. Anyone seeking help to fight a system that promotes abusing the law and rights of others and lacks the resources to ensure you have a real defense - speak with Ms. [redacted]. I consider meeting her and working with her as one of the most positive business relationships I've ever established with another professional. And anyone who tells you another person is lying or a scam artist is often one themselves. Thank you.

Scam artist. This person would only have your attention before she gets paid. She will also threaten with legal action after you dispute payment.

Legal Papers is not what you are looking for if you are an individual looking for legal document preparation. They will promise that they will perform for the individual but their business is directed toward law firms first.

Not what I was looking for and I would advise anyone, other than a law firm, to go else where for document preparation....not what they told me on my initial call they use the indivisual as a fill in if they have no law firm to service.
