On 02/19/I agreed to do business with D** *** Srfor credit repair servicesOriginally was told that I would see results in 7-daysMy goal was to purchase a car immediately and then a homeI would text message Dan with updates on progress and would get excusesOnce I confronted him about the lack of concern for my credit he was very defensive and rudeI paid him in full and did not get any services to my satisfactionNo deletions have occurred it actually made my credit worse dealing with himI feel like this was fraud and I'm out of my money trusting that he would complete his services as I kept my agreementThis has put me in a financial bind and has caused my family a great deal of stress and hardshipMy goals are not foreseeable right now due to Dan's negligenceNot to mention he now has all my personal information
Do NOT trust this manHe will collect your money and disappear we paid him to clean up our credit he said no problem days topsIt has now been months and he has disappeared no answer nothing, please be aware and do your research and make sure you get paperwork proof to back you upHe will do it again
Please be mindful when using this business to get ALL terms and agreements and expectations in writing as this individual was not a person of his word, I paid his company to remove the negative findings on my credit report and instead he had a perfectly good standing score which I had for years deleted from my credit report , resulting in a point decrease of my scoreI am very unhappy with the results of this business transaction as MrBurrell offered NO resolution , and denied my request for refundMr*** was also very cocky and short with me and has yet to refund me my payment
