*** *** property owner: I rent from this *** *** she has been aware of the refrigerator being ajar for month's not to mention the sump pump that has failed I told denise that this was raising my electric bill and she did nothing about it.I saw here showing an apartment she own's 6/28/.she arranged for sears to come out to fix refrigerator,on that day my daughter could not leave summer school for this appointment.My lease is up 8/3/14,so now the sump pump has failed and now black mold is in the basement where the sump pump is I had the city inspector to come out and inspect the refrigerator she has been severed a citation.The address of *** *** and D&B property management is ** *** *** *** ***SHE IS A SLUMLORD.From *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

Korman installed a hot water heater. Couple days later, smelled gas in the basement. Had to call WE energies. They checked it out and the coupling on the gas line for the water heater was not tightened at all. Called Korman, he denied it, saying he knows he tightened it and he hung up!
