Review: A gentlemen and I use the term loosely, named [redacted] saying he worked for Legal Resources. Called my home looking for a [redacted], when I told him I was not her, he proceeded to harass me and call me names. He said I owed money and said I was an old hag who sat on my couch and ate bon bons all day. I called him a few names myself and told him he had the wrong person. I asked him were he got my phone number, he told me off the bathroom wall. He said my birthday and ss. # was something I did not catch, he was talking fast. I am worried for the real [redacted]. These people are awful. I hung up and he called again, this time I was very angry and we yelled at each other. I hung up and tried calling to talk to his Superior, the other Gentlemen I talked to was even nastier. He pretended he had an accent and was very condescending. I called him a name and hung up. I am in my 40's and can take someone calling me, and talking to me the way they did. BUT what about an older person. This could give someone a heart attack. This is harassment plain and simple, and the scary thing is they didn't even have the right person!Desired Settlement: That they both be fired! I understand that a Credit Agency will deal with all kinds of people, but what ever happened to being professional.
