I am rejecting this response because: this has been going on since October when they said they received our signed documents and how many times did our documentsget lostso finally we filed our self because we were tired of waiting and the excusesthe papers they filed showed up a week later so I went to the courts this morning and had the second court date dismissedI don't have anything more to say all this is doing is causing my blood pressure to be higher than it should bemy health is more important than fighting with ***

I am rejecting this response because: on octI received an email from [redacted] saying he received signed documents and it would take 2-weeks for the courts to processon decI emailed [redacted] to get an update and was told zero results were found andthe courts sometimes lose paper workso I mailed them again this time I was told mail was received with insuficent postage and was returnedit was hand delivered to post office they collected the postage and it has never been returnedthe third time I mailed priority express and they received it the next day on dec they said they found some of the pages but not all of them but could still file them and it would take to weeks to get response backas of jan they had not been filedwe paid the court fees again this time to court and have a datethe only thing [redacted] did was fill out the documents but nothing was ever filed until I did it myself and paid a process serverhe collected filing fees and processesing fees for a total of $dollars I had to pay another $to get this donehe really should refund for the work he didn't doI am very disappointed in his serviceI have all my emails with [redacted] and my receipts but don't know how to put them on here[redacted] ***

Morning,The services have been completed.This client needed an out of state judgment recovery process serviceWe stated to the client that there will for sure be additional out of state court filing fees & additional service fees to domesticate the small claims judgment to be a sister state judgmentAfter our team completed the task of authenticating his judgment here in CAthe client called his CC company and reversed the authorized charges paid to our companyOur office disputed the improper reversal of charges and were awarded all our funds back into our account, as we proved to the banks that services were completed.Thanks for your time involved.I am ***, ext.#available to you all anytimeRegards,

I am rejecting this response because:My contract with [redacted] was simple and straight forward. I have attached the contract and payment receipt for review. I repeat, [redacted] started the process which he was fully paid but did not finish due to a fall out with the paralegal he assigned to do the job. [redacted] stopped answering my phone calls and do not respond to my emails. I have tried series of times to reach out to him but he chose to ignore my calls and emails.[redacted] claimed he has completed my assignment which was never communicated to me, I was left hanging because its not true. CAN [redacted] PRODUCE A COPY OF THE PAPER WORK THAT WAS SUBMITTED TO THE COURT ON MY BEHAVE. A COPY OF THE FORM THAT WAS SUBMITTED TO THE COURT AS A PROOF. I know he is lying cause I was in California and I went to the court and there was no such thing.The last email I have received from [redacted] was dated February 28, 2017 @ 7:56 PST. In this email, he said Quote " We will search to view where she dropped the ball and provide status to you" unquote. (see attachment)This assignment was contracted since July 28, 2016 when payment was made (see attachment) which should take up to 6 month according to [redacted].I have attached some correspondence regarding this matter and hope it help to more view regarding this matter.

I am very disappointed in his service. I have all my emails with [redacted] and my receipts but don't know how to put them on here.[redacted]

This client failed to mail the signed, prepared small claims complaint forms.We finally received clients signed forms that our office prepared and processed with the courts by US mail.Client emailed me yesterday stating that she filed the small claims case on her own and served her defendant.We...

asked her to send us proof of her executing the process on her own, with our prepared forms. It is our opinion that this client is upset with timing of the services, they failed to mail our office the prepared forms.If they truly filed the complaint on their own, we would like to see the filed papers to view if they used our prepared forms. As then, they used our services to obtain the prepared forms.Once the prepared forms are received, we have rarely experienced the client find a reason to complain about something meaningless all to set up a refund of sorts. We are not refunding clients after our team performs diligence and emails client the prepared forms. This particular client some how has communicated with one of our business competitors, this person/competitor is coaching this client. I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] cannot provide me any documentation for the services he claimed to have provided. There are number of forms that needs to be completed and submitted including form MC-012 to the court and he never did. He can make it easy without further delay by providing a copy of the paper work submitted to the court. PLEASE LET HIM PROVIDE A COPY OF THE PAPER WORK! He doesn't have one, if he do, the easiest thing to do is to provide a copy and its as easy as that.[redacted] did not only lie about the services he can provide but he is arrogant to me and the paralegals who was doing the job for him and I have records in that regard and one can understand why they couldn't get along. In fact he was using them and he was not paying her for the services she provided. I have records in that regard as well.I'm attaching more correspondence to give light. [redacted]
