In response to their complaint, their contract clearly states that there is no pro-ration of billing if consumer cancels within the month.? Please see contract attached Page of #3.3.? ? At the beginning of service, consumers receive and sign this contractagreeing to the terms.? The equipment they returned is leased equipment and no monies are refunded as it is leased and not owned.? We received notice of cancelation on November 8, 2017.? As a customer service gesture, we will issue a refund of1/of the month which they paid in November.?
