In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] I submit the following: On or about May 12, 2016, Mr [redacted] called my office to enlist our services to file a Request for Order for a Termination of Spousal SupportWe received payment for this on May 16, As Mr [redacted] lives in Redding, California all information had to be mailed back and forthMr [redacted] either did not have a copy of his judgment or would not send itWe had to obtain copies of his judgment from the court, at an expense of $25.00, and also delayed the processThe documents were mailed back and forth several times due to changes Mr [redacted] wanted in the statement we had written, which was fine, we don't mind making changes, but it takes time to mail back and forth, He did not follow instruction when we mailed his Income and Expense forms to him, so they had to go back againMr [redacted] 's documents were finally submitted to the Court on August 23, As of this date, Mr [redacted] 's documents have not come back from the courtI have no control or, how long it takes the court to process documentsAs soon as I receive them, rest assured I will forward them on to Mr [redacted] so that he can have them served
I am rejecting this response because:She never asked for Judgement, just case number. I had her add a line but that was because I had to return it anyway because of numerous errors. The Income and Expense form was not returned to me for corrections. I contacted the Fresno court on numerous occasions for informationI talked to different people and all answers were consistentI was assured that when documents are delivered by courier, which is how *** said they were delivered, it takes 2-business days to enter the the information into the system and assign a court dateI was also informed that if the documents were hand delivered, a court date is assigned immediatelyCourt personnel insisted the documents were not at the courtI wanted *** to give me time frame for how long it SHOULD take so after that time comes and goes without any action, she/I would know something was wrongShe wouldn't give me an estimateAgain, she was very defensive and hung up on meI later called back to see if I could hand deliver the documents myself but by then she would not take/return my calls

But it is very funny that all the statements he made about the documents not being a the court and yet I just got them back a couple of days ago, with the court date. The documents have already been mailed to him. End of story.
