The Legal Club of America advertises legal advise and free letters, etc. I was promised a letter that I never received. They kicked me out.
I feel that this is False Advertising and Fraudulent misrepresentation. Not only this, they referred me to an attorney that was actually representing a defendant in a case that I had. They would play games and leave messages for me and when I would call back, the supervisor was never available and they would tell me that she was the only one that I could talk to. They promised me a letter that was never written. They took my monthly payments for almost a year. They advertised all of these other benefits that also did not seem to exist. She took my payment and then said she would refund 2 months even though they took my money for almost a year and kept stringing me along.
I sent a bunch of private information to one of their law firms who said that they would write a letter that they never did. I am concerened about the issues. I am asking for more of a refund and that they write the letter as prommised which was never done.

Additionally, we note that your comment "they kicked me out" pertains to our partner's decision to cancel your membership and not to Legal Club. We have also confirmed that our partner has offered you a two month refund as a courtesy and that they have cancelled your membership with their organization. Finally, we have received confirmation from Attorney Hansen that the letter you requested has been written free of charge and that he is also working on a separate legal matter for you.
