This business never sent me my order days after my credit card was charged for my order, I was given a *** tracking number and an email stating that my order had shipped On the *** website it merely indicated that a shipping label had been created Two weeks later the status had not changed When I contacted customer service, on November *** they said that my order would ship (future tense) on November *** As of today, the tracking number is now invalid, and customer service has not replied back Beware, they WILL NOT ship you your product Any positive reviews of this site are most likely created by the site owners themselves

I ve gotten the same answer again from the company.  I ve attempted to explain that the card they claim to have refunded the money to is no longer activate and that there is no bank to call about it.  I ve asked for a check to be made out and sent to me and I m getting stonewalled.  there is no possible way for me to get the card replaced.  I ve asked as I said that they write me a check or refund the money to a different card.  my next step is to contact the department of justice consumer complaint department.

Review: Made an order on 10/**/14 ([redacted]). Credit card transaction posted 11/**. Received email with a tracking number on 11/*. When checking the status of the tracking number a message was displayed that the label was submitted but the product was not shipped yet. Waited a few days with no change in status to shipping information. Made several attempts to call customer service number with no answer (voicemail service is 'full'). Finally opened a complaint via website on 11/**. Received a response on 11/** that the order is expected to ship on 11/**??? (The day before the complaint was made and replied to- response makes no sense.) So I replied on 11/** that I wanted a refund. The same day I received another response that they were having inventory issues and that tracking with usps takes 48 hours to update and to please wait until next week. Today I checked the usps tracking number. The tracking number now no longer exists! At this time, they have debited my credit card 18 days ago, that is plenty of time to supply my order based upon their own guarantee stated on the website or to provide me with a full refund. I would like a refund asap.Desired Settlement: I would like my order cancelled and my credit card refuned asap.

I contacted the post office in Flushing, NY and they had no record of a package being delivered to them, or scheduled for outside delivery. The tracking number that was provided for me by the company was purchased online by legalherbalbud.com at 2:25 AM on December [redacted].

Again I contacted the company attempting to reach them by the phone number listed on their website, and was greeted by an angry [redacted] man who did not speak any English. After yelling at me for a min, he hung up on me. I called back and it went to a cell phone voice mail with a full box. I was unable to leave a message. I sent yet another email to this company threatening to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, fraud charges with my credit card company, and a civil law suit against them. They did not respond.

This company is a fraudulent company that steals money from its customers and then never send the ordered merchandise. Unfortunately for me, I did not research this company before I decided to do burliness with them, or I would have found the other Revdex.com complaints, numerous [redacted], and multiple online complaints. This company has obviously been ripping people off for some time now, and I hope that something can be done about it.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of my money.

Review: company made a mistake and sent my order by mistake to florida. made excuses for weeks, refused to answer emails or phone calls. made no effort to get in contact with me concerning my complaint. company gurnatees a tracking number with each order. took two weeks just to get the first one which proved the mistake with addresses. since the company admitted it s mistake, claimed for a week and a half they were fixing it. told me for a solid week it had been reshipped so they could not issue a refund but never arrived and still the company refused to provided the guranteed shipping number. asked for a refund of a check and being denied either it or my replaced product. needs looked into.Desired Settlement: I d like either my product replaced or a refund for order [redacted] immediatly.

Review: I ordered a product on 02/**/2015 in the amount of $29.99 3days later I sent an email and called listed phone number to request cancellation of order and refund. Company was argumentative and hung up on me I called back and had some of my questions reluctantly answered about asking for a refund by sending a text message with order number to company additional questions as to how long it would take or if I would recieve confirmation of refund were ignoredDesired Settlement: Refund, Company shut down
