Company taking a long time to ship, would not cancel my order and refund me after two emails clearly asking for them to do so.On October 22nd, I placed order# [redacted] for one MonkeyFist Self Defense Keychain as was advertised on partner site GunBroker.com. The purchase price was $4.97. Noticed right away, upon placing the order, that I was going to be on the hook for cancelling a subscription to the companies "website/blog", or I would be charged a monthly charge to be a member of something I didn't realize I was signing up for in the first place.3 weeks later I realized that I hadn't received the product. By this time, I was annoyed. First, by the fact that I was mislead from the onset, and second that it was taking so long to ship my product. So, I politely sent an email through the companies site to please "cancel the shipment of my product and all of the affiliated subscriptions/charges".Jeff promptly responded with:"Due to the extremely high number of orders, it will take around 2-4 weeks for the Monkey fist to get to you as EJ sends out the Packages personally, with the help of his Kids and their friends.You will receive a notification email with tracking info once your item is in transit.Thanks so much for all your patience so far.Please let me know if there is anything else I could help with!"While I appreciate the fact that EJ and his family and friends are sending out the packages personally, Jeff did not address my request to cancel the package, etc. so I immediately sent him a request, reiterating the fact that I still wanted him to "cancel the shipment of this product and cancel ALL affiliated subscriptions to email newsletters, etc. and associated future charges."Again, Jeff responded:"Hi Erin,We cannot cancel the order. Your order has already been dropped at the post office.USPS Tracking: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXThanks for your patience.Please let me know if there is anything else I could help with!Sincerely,Jeff **www.legallyconcealed.org"First of all, my name is not Erin. Second of all, he completely disregarded my request and sent the product anyway. Thirdly, he asked me if there was anything else he could help me with?!!! LOLI have sent Jeff another email requesting for him to cancel my subscription to their website www.sheepdogsociety.org, but I am guessing that my experience will continue to be along the lines of what it has been so far.DO NOT do business with their company, I haven't figured out if they are deliberate charlatans or just highly disorganized and completely unequipped to deal with customer requests. But, either way...BUYER BEWARE. I have attached a screenshot of our email conversation during cancellation.All the while, I thought that his concern has been resolved, however we just received a complain from him through your good office.I have checked his account again, and noticed that our partner, Clickbank, has not processed the refund for $4.97 yet.I have created a follow up request to Clickbank for the refund of this customer on 12/16/2015. On that same day, Clickbank has responded and processed the refund request for $4.97.I have also attached a screenshot of the Refund Transaction from Clickbank.His Order has been cancelled, $4.97 was already Refunded and completely removed him from our mailing list and from our website which he requested.Thanks for taking time to read this email. I paid $2.97 for a book on 8/20/14 [redacted] credit card from this retailer (ord# XXXXX). My card was charged on 8-25 & I've not received the product or any updates. I've sent them 2 emails referencing the order number (most recently on 9-9) asking the status & received no response. I would like either the item I paid for shipped immediately or a refund. The address for this business on my invoice is [redacted] SW #XXXXX [redacted] Michigan XXXXX which is different from what their website shows which is: [redacted] Ave, Suite [redacted] TN XXXXX. Requested cancellation of subscription and money continues to be withdrawn for account. Initial cancellation request was sent 9/4/14 in accordance to cancellation instructions received from their recorded phone message, and 3 withdrawals have been made since then: 9/11/14, 10/11/14, 11/12/14 with no response from the company except an email auto reply to my second attempt to contact the company 11/11/14. To date, $59.85 has been withdrawn from my account after my request to cancel the subscription. I responded to a free trial offer and I was suppose to receive a merchandise package and only pay shipping. The shipping charge of $6.99 was posted to my credit card but I never received any merchandise. I then attempted to contact the company to try to cancel the subscription for any upcoming charges but they do not answer their phone number and do not return calls from messages left. I have also emailed several times to their support email as instructed on their website for cancellations. My subscription has still not been cancelled so I have been charge two months in a row for $38.86 each time and still have not received any products from the company.Product_Or_Service: Free product/ Monthly subscriptionDesired SettlementI would like my subscription to be cancelled and to be refunded for a total of $84.71 which would include the two monthly charges of $38.86 and the initial charge of $6.99 for the shipping.

Have been trying to cancel membership for over 3months. I have left phone message, many cancel attempts with customer service portal for canceling I have tried to cancel my account/subscription every way possible.I left phone message to cancel over 3 months ago,tried the unsubscribe section of the customer service form with no effect several times.For what they say they believe and stand for they should never treat customers like this. Customers are aware that they are signing up for a subscription that charges them monthly if they do not cancel, because they need to agree to sign up before they can even proceed to the order. All they need to do to cancel is to email customer support. They can also email support to get their login info (it is automatically sent and sometimes goes to the customer's spam folder), and they can have it reset by us if they don't want to do it on the log in page. Excerpt of our response to the customer: it usually takes 7-10 business days. The refund was processed on 12/31/2015, and the first banking day was on the 5th, and it's actually just been 5 business days since (January 5-9). Today is the 6th banking day.Please follow up with your bank around January 16. I assure you that the refund has been processed on our end, and it just takes the bank to process it and reflect it on your account.

I registered for a key chain and the next thing I had a memebership which I did not sign up for and when I left a message to be refunded and was chI was chargeed for something I did not want and this business is so small they don not have anyone manning the phones so no one calls you back or takes steps to refund your money thus no issue gets solved. Yes we did and are still offering the Monkey Fists for $5.97 each and once you order the Monkey Fist, a pop-up will appear on screen asking if you would like to get the offer for an Extra monkey Fist + 7-day trial for the Sheepdog Society subscription for $1.00. Wherein you need to Cancel the trial subscription before the trial period ends or get the regular monthly fee of $19.99. This customer sent a cancellation request on 4/14/2016. I have cancelled her subscription and refunded her the amount of $19.99. I even sent her a confirmation email the same day. Since she's also asking for a refund on her order, I have also refunded her Monkey Fist order ($5.97) and the Extra Monkey Fist + 7-Day Trial subscription to Sheepdog Society ($1.00). If she only sent a response on my email dated 4/14/2016 asking for a total refund, I should have processed her refund the same day I cancelled her subscription.I have attached a copy of her request and my response.Her Subscription is now cancelled, orders have also been cancelled and refunded her the full amount ($26.96).Thank you!Consumer Response They took care it. She was asking for a Full refund for her Sheepdog Society monthly subscription ($38.86/mo.) from July 21st, 2015 to December 21st, 2015 amounting to $233.16.On her Complaint Letter, she said that she was charged a monthly subscription without her consent. First of all, she had ordered the offer for a Free Tactical Knife + 14-Day Trial of Sheepdog Society subscription wherein she agreed to pay for the $6.99 Shipping Fee and also agreed to get the 14-Day Trial Sheepdog Society subscription on 7/7/2015.I have attached a Screenshot of our New and Updated Tactical Knife Order page, wherein the Shipping Fee has changed (from $6.99, now it's $9.95) and from 14-day trial, we reduced it to a 7-day trial. However, the Terms and Conditions are still the same.You can also notice that there is a black box with a green check, wherein you can click the Box to uncheck it and below, there's an option to decline the Sheepdog Society Offer.She had 14 days to contact us to stop her trial subscription, but we did not received any cancellation requests from her either by Phone or Email.Clickbank is also sending our customers a Monthly Re-bill Notification through their email making them aware that they will be billed on a particular date.The day I received her Cancellation and Refund Request from Clickbank, I immediately processed her request, but not the Full Refund. I just refunded 2 months which is November and December for $77.72.As per our policy, we only process refunds within 60 days from the date the amount was charged.To end this, I have sent a request to Clickbank to Refund the remaining months (July to October = $155.44).Thanks and Have a Great Day!Jeff O*Legally Concealed

The advertising by email indicated a one-time fee which I authorized. I later learned that I was being charged monthly.The advertising of this company is in my opinion misleading. They seem to charge $19.99 to join, but apparently are charging a recurring monthly fee. Cancelling the subscription is made difficult because you are not given a password ** the site that allows contact with the organization through the website that allows you to cancel. It creates a large, frustrating, non-ending circle of incomplete contact which seems to be the entire point (keep you from cancelling).Please help.Desired SettlementI would like the last charge credited back to my card, and complete cancellation of my account with them. I request that they then purge all my personal information from their servers. I will not ask for all the months to be credited, just the last one, since I somehow, unwittingly, authorized this (unintentionally).
