Review: The Merchant failed to fulfill/ship our order after saying she had. Upon calling, she was told to refund our money and later that day the charge was no longer there. But, out of nowhere, a charge appeared on my account. After avoiding several calls, a text exchange occurred in which the company lied about talking to the card holder and when I said I would dispute the charge the company said, "That money will be tied up for weeks." I still have not been refunded my money or received my product.Desired Settlement: As previous contact via their website forum, telephone, and text messages indicate, legalpuffs.com does not conduct business professionally. They charged $127.98 to my card/account for an order that was already cancelled. The [redacted], lied about having shipped products and ignored phone calls and emails. Additionally, she lied saying she had contacted my Fiancee already. legalpuffs.com final response essentially told me that this husband/wife team is so desperate because knowing that these charges weren't legitimate, [redacted] texted me, "well your money will be tied up for weeks." The desperation of the lady that runs this website is beyond me, so unfortunately they left me with no choice but to dispute the charge. In addition, It would be appreciated if this company was reported to the authorities being that several of their phone calls were threatening in nature.

Review: I ordered a particular product from legalpuffs, for a value of 113.97. I also payed 30.00 for [redacted] express shipping 2-3days. I use my visa card for the purchase which was deducted immeditialy upon placing order.

Their Customer service rep. called me back after placing my order, and she went over all my info to confirm and validate my order was correct. The info she repeated was correct. I ended up receiving the totally wrong product.

I called them and spoke to the same customer rep and she told me they didnt have what I ordered and sent me something else.

According to their very own terms and conditions they did not honor.

When the customer service rep called me to validated my order she was suppose to let me know that product was out of stock though on line it showed availibility and then give me an option to cancel the order or reorder something else.

They denied me that option in THEIR terms and conditions. Then tell me I didn't have an option , they shipped me a different product I have no interest in.Desired Settlement: I want my creditcard refunded for thier incompetance in honoring thier terms and conditions. I did not received my product as ordered and was giving a bait and switch in my orderand was told they wouldn't fix this customer issue which was on thier end. I called them two for days to get it correct and they didn't call me at the end of their business day to let me know how they were gonna handle this service noncompliance issue. they hung up and I previously informed them is we can't resolve it between us like business adults , then I would be notifing the Revdex.com.
