[redacted] Before Christmas we did talk about my dissatisfaction on the quality of work. He agreed and said he would fix it after Christmas. At which time, they came in and ruined the new maple railing. The closet was not fixed and the drywall and wiring were not touched. [redacted] They would come in and start something and never finish anything. Even the shower was grouted and never cleaned off. Our daughter and myself spent a day removing the grout. I also have a text conversation, in January showing we had communication about our issues and he just felt I was insulting him. Plus when he was suppose to be fixing the things they messed up, he gave me another bill. [redacted] The paint on the walls and ceiling had to be sanded right down. I have many photos of the closet drawers and shelves, paint and drywall photos. [redacted]
The drawers in the closet were not even the same colour, the bottom one dragged on the floor. They were all chipped and trim was coming off. The shelves in the closet were cut too short, so they patched over the ends with trim tape. Trim tape was cut to short. Windows were not sanded just spray painted over the dirt and dust. Painted the ceiling in master bath, did not even take the fan cover down. When I asked why the shelves in the laundry room were not white like the cupboards, he commented the island downstairs in going to be dark. Not what I asked for. I am still worried about the water lines for the laundry being on a outside wall. He was to put extra insulation in the attic in the garage, but that was not done either. He installed a gas heater in the garage, it was not vented properly. [redacted]
