Our owner contacted Mrs*** directly upon receiving this complaint and addressed her concernsas well as honored a $credit to her account for her troublesWe admit there was some confusionover which tanks should be filled and we did in fact fail to fill the tanks that she requested at the
time ofher original orderWe filled the wrong tanks on Friday, February 24th and we returned to fill the correcttanks on Tuesday February 28thMrs*** was not in danger of running out of propaneWe aresincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused our customer and have taken steps to makeour drivers aware of the multiple installations on her property to ensure this will not happen again.As of today, we consider this matter resolved for all parties involved and are hopeful we are able to beMrs***'s energy provider now and in the future

Starting with some historyMr*** had a very poor credit history with this company for many yearsSee the attached statement which will show multiple instances when Mr*** needed six or even ten months to pay off a single fuel deliveryDespite that, Legenbauer Gas & Oil
Company continued to provide fuel and work with Mr*** to the best of our abilities until it became a business decision to change how we would handle this account going forwardAfter taking months to pay off a December delivery, we made Mr*** aware that he would have to be a COD(cash on delivery) customer in order to continue doing business as we could no longer wait months for payment when our terms have always been days from the date of deliveryWe did not hear from Mr.*** again for the next three yearsDuring that time period, he must have found a different fuel supplier and we did in fact close the accountA month ago, November 2016, we receive a payment from HEAP for a closed account with an awful credit history and we made the decision we did not want to go down this road with this customer again, knowing once the HEAP benefit was exhausted, he would again be unable to pay his bill in a timely mannerWe tried to be proactive and refuse the payment, but the County DSS either failed to stop it in time or simply was unable to once they triedWe do not know exactly what happened nor do we fault the county in any wayWe cannot attest to the volume of calls that were made to our office by Mr*** other than to confirm he did contact us on Friday,December 9" to have the funds refunded to the countyThe person in charge of writing business checks was already gone for the day, so we processed the refund on Monday morning, December 12th as the attached check will showIt was mailed that dayThe check cleared our account eight days later on December 20th as the attached image will reflectWe consider this matter resolved to the best of our ability

Revdex.com:This is just an attack on me personally now, their letter has nothing about the conversations I had with their staff, the fact that I temporarily moved to a other company based on their owners recommendation, because HEAP, stopped paying back balances, and their statement has nothing to do with why they waited a month to return the money.... Let's say everything that their one sided statement said was true, so what, I wasn't reporting them because they cancelled me, I reported them because they refused to return the money, like thieves, Why wait a month to return the money? Why lie about it twice to me, then more times to the supervisor, and reps at HEAP? Are they really that incompetent or did they do it out of spite? Regardless the money was returned late last week, 5 weeks later, apparently it takes over a week for mail to travel 30 minutes down the road in this area, but I consider the matter resolved anyway, I just wanted the money returned and now I've got it.Regards, [redacted]
