The customer in this case became unglued when told his vehicle would have to be reprogramed by a GM dealer, he really became belligerent when told we would not pay for damages created by someone when he locked his keys in the vehicle, he says...

it was because the door lock rod became unhooked, if this is true why not open the door on the other side, we contend that he put a slim jim in the drivers door to unlock it and that is how the lock became unhooked, we have seen this before, also the door frame and door weather-strip were damaged from someone trying to unlock the door, this is what he wants us to pay for. We are not willing to pay for damages created by the customer or someone he hired to break into his vehicle. This customer also used many swear words and was threatening me as the owner, also wanted to take it outside for what I think was going to be a beating to myself? he was told that he should calm down or we would call the police, after a lot more swearing he did leave, have not heard from him since, he does need to go to a GM dealer to get the vehicle reprogramed, he went to one and also became belligerent there because they could not get him in right away. He seems to have a bit of a hot head and flies of the handle when he does not get his way. He has been told to leave his vehicle and we would get it reprogrammed not willing to do this, therefore I cannot help him unless he leaves it here, all other work is complete.
