I am rejecting this response because: Who's private land is the pile of debris on? The POA should be sued for placing it there a couple years ago on cleanup day Maybe then it would get doneWhat about the two poles leaning on the shack on the highway six entranceIs that ever going to be cleaned up?Take some pride and spend the dollars necessary to make this place look presentableImagine if I had a pile of trash on my lot and all the boaters could see it when they came inI would get letter after letter to clean it upYou need to do the same immediately. The unresponsible dog owners continues to be a problem If you keep your dog on a leash it's less likely to be hit by a car, can't be stolen, easier to keep an eye on it if it makes a mess, can't get lost, lessons the possibility of a fight, less of a chance they will eat something poisonous, it won't be a pest to other people, they won't be the cause of an accident, lessons the chance of a bite, prevents wildlife attacks, no accidental breeding, less likely to get into danger, can't damage property and Mr*** will stop bothering you about the unleashed dogs( plagiarized from the Internet ) You say the city of *** is responsible for the utilitiesOf course they areIt's your job to get them to make the repairsYour bosses intro letter last year suggested that your company was the best in getting utilities maintainedYou are not doing your jobYou need to make this a priority and make the community a safe from these hazards Visit any other respectable community in Houston you will see nothing like you see here with the uncovered damage and missing utility coversTake a walk in the *** or *** and try a find a dog unleashed Look at any regular community or any high end community you won't find anything like the utilities covers we have hereThere has been tremendous damage done by the mowing service This is undesirable and unsafe! You say the majority of property owners desired the board to have a lifestyle element here and to have a sense of communityWhat was the count I don't remember that voteI still think it's a waste of moneyI hope that you save my portion of dues To clean up the community after a hurricaneI'm sure that you have set aside dollars for that purpose? One good thing though is that that giant pile of trash would be gone with a hurricane. *** general manager should be replacedHe is not doing his jobIn over a year I haven't noticed any changeThere is a high level of disregard for rules in this neighborhoodEveryone just does what they want. The bottom line is that you can work your whole life to get into the community like this and have a few disrespectful people ruin it for youExcessive barking dogs dogs unleashed etcetc I want to be able to go for a walk and not concern myself with people's dogsI want to feel that I could take a small child and go for a walk without being approached by unleashed dogIt's time to enforce that ruleI have considered moving but I would rather see people be respectful to their neighborsThis could be a wonderful Community!
