look through our old files and make copies for him. it has been over a year since this specific customer has had any repair work done so this may take some time to find these invoices as we have got a new invoicing system since then.

Invoice states that work happened on 5-19-2015 but the work happened on March 2016 and April 2016. Why does the invoice say it happened over a year ago? I have to have the receipt for the starter in case it goes out again. The [redacted] receipt that you sent is not my receipt it says it belongs to [redacted]. I also need a receipt for the power steering pump. Everytime I go by there the guy always says he is not there. He has never called me. I had to replace things that weren't ever wrong with it. The receipt attached is what was really wrong with it. You were charging me for things that weren't wrong.

I've included all receipts that we have on file for any work done. we have most certainly not done any work to his vehicle this year at all. there is nothing further that I can do. None of the receipts belong to [redacted] they may have been paid for or signed for by [redacted] as he did work here for a little while.
