[redacted] closed on her home 5/18/2015 and signed a report that all items reported were complete and acceptable.  After living in her home for almost a year on 5/10/2016 reported several small warranty items including the gap at the cabinet door and the space at the cooktop.   ...


The gap at the cooktop was attempted to be corrected prior to the complaint as explained in the complaint.  The delay in the second attempt was due to coordination of several venders that were needed to remove the cooktop and oven under the cooktop and correct the hole size in the counter top.  That correction has been completed to the homeowners satisfaction. 
Several of the cabinets in [redacted]'s home have double doors with no stile between the doors.  By design there is about a 1/8 inch gap between the doors.  This condition exists in several locations throughout her home and is not a defect. The homeowner would like one of the cabinets modified so you cannot see her dishes through the crack.  This is not a defect and is not covered under her warranty.
