I am rejecting this response because: Business did not insure vehicle security and delivery of it after fixedTwice I attempted to pick up vehicle and twice Service Department left without facilitating the release of my vehicle after fixThe excuse was that, "no one can be reached after phone calls to the service department and the keys were locked"Unbelievable and poor customer service from the dealership part.UnhappyMy truck still without an stereoThe insurance is taking its sweet time too

While we make every effort to secure vehicles, secure our premises and have nightly guards periodically patrol the area, we cannot completely stop vandalism or crime from happeningIt is unfortunate that this happened, and we express our regretsWhile Legend does work with many vendors, where
we sub-contract out work and get volume to dealer discounts from various electronic companies, we would be happy to try and find a replacement comparable to the radio system that was in it and see if the money they received from the insurance company could cover the cost, there by reducing their deductibleLegend tries to make it clear that we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss while the vehicle is here by posting signs, as well as having this stated on the Repair Order, which was signed and acknowledged by the consumer It, again, is unfortunate this happenedTell us why here

Again, I am truly sorry that Legend, nor does its insurance provider, cover theft of another persons property while on our premises
