We collected $for the borrower to pay the final l water bill on 07/ For some reason we did not receive the final water bill until August Once received, we pro-rated it at cut the seller a refund check for $on 08/28.Subsequently we received a letter faxed from at attorney asking for more money Apparently we had slightly mis-calculated her refundWe sent the letter attached with an additional $on 09/to the seller and the attorneyI have attached the relevant documentation
