Todd and his crew were all so helpful and knowledgeable to us. We moved into our new home late last summer, and throughout the whole build process, Todd was always available to answer our many questions. If we were to ever build another new home we would certainly choose Todd and Legendary Homes.

We contacted (legendary homes) *** in fall of 2017 for a new home we had in mind. *** immediately called us back and arranged to go over options and ideas. We were not accustomed to having dealers calls us back, much less immediately. *** walked us through the entire process. He made it painless in the process of changing our minds several times over. We could contact him (email or call)almost any time of the day or week and he would answer immediately. Finally in
the summer of 2018 our dreams came
True and we got our house. It was a lot of hassle coordinating everything but *** went out of his way to do everything he could. Very professional and we couldn't ask for more. Even after house was done *** Called us several times to discuss if we were happy with everything. If you're in the market for a new Modular or manufactured, do yourself a favor and head straight to legendary homes

My husband and I recently had Todd at Legendary Homes build our home. From start to finish, we had an amazing experience! We didn't know much about modular homes at the start but Todd was very thorough in his explanations from meeting with lenders, to choosing colors.
