New ancient alien theory
Another theory of why we don't know the knowledge of the Ancient Aliens? Is it possible for their intrusion/trespass on our planet may seek some sort of reperations and that the leaders or government of the aliens are suppressing our knowledge to prevent having to pay reperations and that according to their doctrines or laws we may very well be entitled to these reperations?

Review: On August 18, 2013 I ordered a product from the company's website (Ancient Gold Flyer Replica) which was supposed to be a gift. My credit card has been charged $28.50 for the product + SH. To date I have not received the product. I called the company about the status of my order. Each time I got a recording. I left messages with contact information, but my calls were not returned. As a consequence, I was unable to deliver this gift.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order.

Response:

Dear [redacted] - -

We would like to apologize for the misunderstanding.

We have been out of the office for several weeks and this is the first we have heard of this issue. This is the reason you have been getting a recording at the office, which states we are with a customer or out of the office on expedition.

Your Order #[redacted] was shipped out on August 19, 2013 via Media Mail to [redacted], Silver Spring, MD 20901.

This order should have been received some time ago and it seems you have still not received your package. We are thankful that you contacted us so we know now that you did not receive your item.

We are more than happy to re-ship your order again for you, free of charge, if you would please provide a correct name and shipping address so your package does make it to your doorstep.

We wish you had waited for us to come back into the office so we could have settled this with you directly and amicably. We look forward to receiving a valid address to re-ship your order to.

Thank you for your support.

Review: My GF and I ordered a 2 yr subscription in Nov or Dec 2012. We received the initial package back in Dec, but nothing since. Supposed to get 4 magazines a year. We figured we would call the 1800 number listed on site, but it doesn't matter what time of day you call, no one answers. Left several messages. No call back at all. I also tried calling the other number listed. Same answering machine. No one ever calls you back. I did also send an email from their site, it took them 6 days to respond to only tell me that they didn't have a subscription in the name I gave them, I sent an email back and have rcvd no response. No one even answers the email.Desired Settlement: We bought this subscription for my sister, who is now concerned if anything is ever going to come? Its almost May of 2013. I want what we paid for and to compensate us in some fashion as I have now spent hours and days trying to contact this company. Furthermore, I need someone to call me.

To whom it may concern - -

My name is [redacted] and I am the only person who works in this office, so before leaving town for 10 days on expedition, I caught up on all office e-mails.

One of them was from a [redacted] dated (attached) 4/11/13 inquiring about a Membership.

I knew I was leaving town for a period of time and I am very prompt at responding to my customers. I had also set up an automatic response with the dates I would not be in the office explaining where I was for my customers, so they would know what was going on and why I was not being my usual prompt self in responding to e-mails and phone calls.

Upon searching our database multiple times and multiple ways for the name [redacted], etc. Nothing was pulling up.

On 4/17/13 I responded back to [redacted] inquiring if the order might have been placed under a different name since the name she originally provided was not pulling up any information (attached).

[redacted] responded 4/21/13, after I had already left the office on expedition (attached) with 2 other names the order could have been placed under.

Upon returning to the office, I promptly called all of my customer back, in the order of phone calls received and noticed [redacted] had left several messages.

Instead of responding via e-mail, I wanted to call [redacted] directly by phone to resolve this issue at the end of April.

We had several amicable phone conversations and came to the resolution that she was able to wait for the next magazine or we would happily send her a complete refund in the amount of $75.00.

In between these phone calls, [redacted] wanted to consult with her friends, whom she purchased the order for, to see what they would prefer.

She called me back and decided she would like a refund.

On 4/30/13, I wrote a Check Number [redacted] in the amount of $75.00 made out to [redacted] as requested by [redacted].

The check was sent out in the mail on 5/1/13 to

[redacted] Middleburg FL 32068. (check receipt stub attached)

After catching up with office e-mails, I noticed a Revdex.com complaint filed by this same customer about this issue.

I immediately called [redacted] and asked her if she would close the issue since we had resolved it amicably together over the phone.

She informed me that once she received the check in the mail, that she would close the Revdex.com complaint she filed.

Review: On December 10, 2010, I ordered a one year subscription to the Legendary Times Magazine for my husband as a Christmas gift. (The name on the subscription is [redacted]). He received one magazine some time early 2011. In October of 2011, I sent an email to Legendary Times asking where the other 3 issues were. I was told: "Thank you for your inquiry. We hope you have enjoyed your most recent DOUBLE ISSUE (Vol. 10 No. 1 & 2) of Legendary Times Magazine that was published in January and sent out to all new members. However please don't fret that we have forgotten about your membership.

A new DOUBLE issue is on its way once [redacted] completes his final edits. In the midst of completing edits, he also finished filming for season 3 of Ancient Aliens (premiered July 28th), among other things requiring his attention.

Please note that you will receive your 4 issues and we won't just cut you off because your year is up. In fact, we haven't sent out renewals in a while, so you might end up receiving more than four issues in the end.

Thank you for your patience, but [redacted] is but one man."

It is now TWO years later, and we still have not received another issue. It was a $45.00 subscription - not cheap. I called and left messages as well, and surprise- no one answered, which is what others are experiencing. This is poor business and such a shame and a sham.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the magazine.

Response:

To Whom It May Concern - -I have spoken directly with [redacted] and we have already amicably resolved this issue over the phone on October, 22, 2013. We responded to her phone calls when we received them and I am not sure why this complaint was open after the refund had been spoken about and taken care of directly with the customer on the phone. I have attached to this message the e-mail that I sent out immediately after our phone conversation that afternoon, to confirm that we were more than happy to offer her a full refund. We even extended the gesture for her to receive the product she had been waiting for, free of charge, as a courtesy and apology for the delay in receiving our product when it is completed. We hope that there was just a delay in the time that we spoke on the phone and the time this complaint was open. We await your response.Thank you. Regards,[redacted]

Review: In May 2012, purchased a two-year subscription to Legendary Times magazine, and included in this should be eight issues. I received one issue, and never received anything else from them. I emailed customer service in December 2012, asking them where my issues were. They responded that a new double issue was "on its way". They also told me I could "friend" them on [redacted]. Really? I emailed them again in late January 2013, reminding them that there was an issue and that I still had not received anything from them. They responded that the new double issue was not yet mailed, as the editor was "finishing his edits".It is May 2013 now, and I still have not received further issues of the magazine. I did move in April 2013, but I had my mail forwarded to the new address at the end of March 2013. I also just emailed the magazine again and updated my address with them; however I do not expect anything to come of that email, based on previous experiences.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, because there's only a year left in my two-year membership, and I highly doubt that the magazine will send me seven issues in the year that's left, if they only managed one in a year.

To whom it may concern - -

At the very end of April, I arrived back into my office after being away on expedition for 10 days. Each phone call was returned in the order it was received and several of those were from a [redacted] about a Membership that was purchased for a friend by the name of [redacted].

The only reason [redacted]'s phone call was not returned immediately, the days that she called (there were multiple messages), was because I was physically out of the office and did not even receive her messages until I came back into the office and played the messages back.

We spoke on the phone several times, very amicably, and in between phone calls, [redacted] consulted with her friends to see if they would like to wait for the next issue of their magazine or if they would like a full refund in the amount of $75.00.

[redacted] called me back shortly after our above phone conversation and decided she would like a full refund.

On May 1, 2013, I sent out the full refund amount of $75.00 Check Number [redacted], dated 4/30/13, to [redacted], upon [redacted]'s request.

After catching up on the rest of my office e-mails, I noticed a Revdex.com complaint from this same customer about this matter.

We have already amicably solved this issue over the phone and upon finding this Revdex.com complaint opened against the business, I called again and asked if [redacted] would kindly close the complaint since the issue had been resolved.

[redacted] informed me on the phone, that once the check was received, she will close the complaint.

Attached, please find the check stub of Check Number [redacted], dated 4/30/13 that was sent out on May 1, 2013 to 2812 [redacted] FL 32068 as requested by [redacted]
