Review: On Tuesday, June * at approximately 1 PM.I booked a 12 hour limousine service for a prom. The prom was to be held the following day June *, 2015. I paid legends limousine service $1440 cash. Legends limousine service provided nine hours and 23 minutes of service not 12 hours. I called legends limousine service to discuss the missing two hours and 35 minutes. Initially they were very polite and got back to me in a timely manner. Eventually legends limousine would be giving me the runaround promising to call at certain times not following through. When I tried calling I would have always just missed the [redacted] or the [redacted] is gone for the day and won't be in until Monday. I was told that I was shorted two hours and 25 minutes because the passengers were not behaving consuming alcohol and damage to the limousine seats ceiling and had also vomited. I was also told that they took pictures video and had evidence and that the driver was fearful. I in response stated if you're making these accusations supply me with the evidence the pictures and or the video because your statement contradicts the statements made by the passengers. Upon requesting to see the evidence that legends limousine claimed that they had I was told they didn't need to supply me with any evidence that I had to prove what happened and that I was not there. And told me that I could not take the word of children over there driver they stand by their driver. Legends limousine has not been consistent has told multiple stories claiming they explained the policy on passengers miss behaving prior to booking which they did not. None of the passengers were intoxicated and they all vehemently deny legends limousines accusations and claims of bad behavior on their part. The limousine driver failed to drop some of the passengers home and they were left stranded. I myself had to call family member to drop a passenger home this is unacceptable the child's mother is appalled at the driver's behavior and callous disregard for her son's safetyDesired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for the missing two hours and 35 minutes, the limousine driver shorted the passengers.
