What owner is stating is FALSE!!!
1. NOT cat urine or smell to comfortable as owner stated. It was already clean when I took it in. Only discoloration in some areas.
2. I...

told him to bleach the SPOTS as I showed him where each one was. Why would I take the time to do that if he was just going to throw in with bleach? I thought an owner of a cleaning business would know better than that.
3. He did not use small amount of bleach obviously!! The comfortable embroidery is no longer gray but an orange brown color. IT still REEKS of bleach to this day and has been airing out for weeks. It was improperly handled.
4. If he can't understand his customers he shouldn't be in business or have someone in the front who can. Or he should confirm that it was ok to change the color of the embroidery detail. If he couldn't just bleach spots he should have told me that and I would have gone elsewhere.
5. The work was INCOMPETENT. The comforter needs to be replaced. It is part of a set with shams/accent pillows. I can no longer use it.
6. I am shocked that an owner of a business would not stand behind his mistake. We live in a small town and word get around fast.
