Mr. [redacted] would not listen to any recommendations, and before the Tech could finish his diagnostics, he yelled at the Tech and demanded he leave the property; in which case our company complied with. He then called into the office and stated that the tech told him it was the motor making noise and that the motor was a year old, so it was impossible for the motor to make noise. He wanted the door "silent" like he felt he was promised. I tried to explain to Mr. [redacted] the tech's findings and advised him that he only paid for a basic door and that we upgraded his rollers for him at no charge. The noise issue he was having was coming from his Chain drive opener. I tried to assure Mr. [redacted] that there is no such thing as a "silent" door, but I'd be more then happy to send out [redacted] (Technician for 14 years) like he demanded I do, to see if anything further could be done once again for him. Upon [redacted]'s arrival on March 9th, Mr. [redacted] opened the door and began yelling at [redacted] telling him he promised him a "silent" door and he didn't get what was promised. [redacted] assured Mr. [redacted] that he did not say anything about a "silent" door and asked if he could please stop yelling at him so that he could address his concerns. Regards,

Great Job with fixing our spring Issue - thank you! Kindly, [redacted]

I had my doors installed with a liftmaster jack shaft by another company. After a month the door would come down intermitantly and was unable to get the contractor out. I called continuously with either they "would be out" or would not return my call. After a month of this response I called Legends. An appointment was made for 3:00 the next afternoon. The technician, Arnie, arrived early at 1:45. He diagnosed the set-up and was able to determine the problem, which was inspecting the wires and finding several issues with the connectivity. He completed the corrections and was finished at 2:30. Great service with a professional!!!!!!!

These guys are simply the best! Unfortunately we only called them after another company tried to rip us off (the other company even caused more damage then there was so they could charge us extra), but even with the additional expense of fixing the real problem plus the problem the other company made, Legends Garage Door was less than half the price of the first quote! Their technician [redacted] was not only professional and quick but friendly as well! I would highly recommend Legends! Don't even waste your time calling anyone else!

Today I had LegendsGarageDoor.com out for a warranty servicing of our home garage doors that had issues. Our tech Arnie arrived early and got right to troubleshooting and ultimately fixing the issue which turned out to be a bad circuit panel for the remotes to operate on. He was more than professional and offered many tips to maintaining our door for the long term. He also completed by doing some maintenance on the door itself which was very much appreciated I would highly recommend and use Legends Garage Door again should we have any further issues.

Prompt polite service. Called and came earlier than appointment. Did only what was needed to be done. Didn't try to sell more than what was needed. Chris was a great tech and would highly recommend him and their company.

Excellent service and price quoted was the price I paid. The Installer (Gene) was on time and did an excellent job in a timely manor. Installed and configured my opener with addons and the opener is working flawlessly. Very happy with Legends service and would recommend this company for any garage door service required.

Review: It appeared that the springs on my garage door had broken, so I had several company come out to my home and do an estimate on my garage door, on the day that a representative from Legends come out to my home to give an estimate on my door; there was one other garage door company there at my home completing an estimate when the representative from Legends arrived at my home. After the representative from Legends had completed his inspection of my garage door, I was told that it would be cost effective to replace the door, and a price was quoted that seemed fair at the time. the representative from Legends explained to me what type of door I would be getting, I agreed on the door and price. Once the door had been installed my wife and I notice that the door was very noisy and making rattling sounds, the sounds concerned us. So we contacted a representative from Legends and explained our concerns, they told us that they would have someone come out and address our concerns. a representative from Legends came out to my home on 3/5/2015 around 8:15 am the representative from Legends appeared to be having a bad day, he was not very customer friendly, he did not look at the garage door and told me that it was the opener that was making the noise, I told him that it was obvious that the sounds/noise was coming from the door and not the opener, I told him the opener was not a year old. The representative from Legends went on to say that I would have to live with the noise, I explained to him that the representative from Legends who came out to do the estimate told me that for the price of the door I was getting a good quality door and that it would be more durable and quieter than the door I was to have replaced. The representative from Legends became very argumentative with me to the point that I was uncomfortable. so I ask him to leave my property and that I would call to speak to someone at his office, he then told me that would not change anything, which I did the same or following day, I spoke to a lady whose intentions seemed to explain my concerns a way, needless to say that this was very frustrating, but I did listen to her, I than told her that I was not satisfied with her explanations to my concerns. She assured me that she would send someone out again. On 3/9/2015 the representative from Legends who did the estimate came to my home around 3:45pm. Before I could say hello; he began yelling at me that he never told me that the door would be quiet, he went on to say If he were to tell a customer that a door would be quiet they would be complaining at the least little sound, by this time I realized that he was not being very professional or respectful, at this time I could also feel myself becoming angry, so I ask him to leave my property. As I was walking him down my drive way to escorted him off my property; he then told me that the other representative from Legends had told him that I would do this. As he was getting into his truck he called me a “psycho”, at no time did I yell at this person; or say anything disrespectful to him. I felt that he had no intention of correcting my problem with my garage door. I knew what my options were if there was no resolutions to my problem. My options was to contact the Revdex.com. This is what I am doing now. Please advice me as to what I should do nextDesired Settlement: I want the service that was offered to me by the representative from Legends garage doors. I was told that I would have a quite door and that is what I want, not a door that sounds like its falling apart.

On 3/30/2015 the Senior Tech and I went to Mr. [redacted] residence to address the noise issue with his garage door. It was found that a stray bolt was left inside the panel of the door, which while the door was traveling, it would rattle inside, causing excessive noise. The motor was also missing a bolt, causing the chain not to be tight and vibrating as well. The bolt was removed and the motor bolt was added. The door was also re-lubricated. Mr. [redacted] stated that the door was much quieter and was happy with the finished product.

Unbelievably first rate. "[redacted]" was a professional from the moment we met . . . until he left. He replaced broken springs on our garage door and checked, lubricated, tightened where necessary. The price was right, didn't have to negotiate and the company, Legends Garage Door, gets 5 stars from this homeowner.

I have used this company twice now for a damaged garage door. Both times they have come have been such a positive experience. Being a service industry business owner myself, I know what it means to "treat your customer right". Both times they have shown up on time, and were very professional. There was no attempt at upselling or doing needless repairs. Not only did they fix my problem, but while they were here, they serviced the door to make sure it was safe at no additional charge. They have always been here by the next day and have never been dishonest. Well done to the owner and employees from a fellow business owner. I wish we all had more companies like yours!

Our garage spring broke this morning and after some research and calls we chose Legends Garage Door because they were prompt, quoted a price over the phone, arrived early and fixed the problem. [redacted] also inspected the other parts and did not try to sell us something we did not need. Thank you and they will be in my directory for future needs.
