Yes, that is correct..we are getting nowhere!#1..why would I want another low quality product to replace this one?#2..the original carton was damaged beyond repair and IS NOT available!!#3..why should I (the customer) have to pay cartoning and shipping for a damaged and defective product?

Currently this transaction is being disputed and resolved via the credit card companyWe are willing to accept the return on all orders, but the
merchandise needs to be packaged and boxed up in order for it to be picked up by *** or any carrierUnfortunately, for this transaction, the customer threw out all the packaging and is unwilling to box up the merchandise for returnWe can not issue any refunds unless items are returned back to us
