We had a pick up time of pm3:comes around and I make a call to see where they areThe owner tells me he's broke down on the way to get us and the other buses they have are not available So after another hour and a half of confusion and no answers they send us a stretch ford excursion to fit people in
We get to the concert late and they assure me our coolers will be on bus that's picking us up at pmWe get done at the concert and surprise, no busThen I call again and they say a bus will be there at 11:So you have intoxicated young people waiting in *** for a ride home
Finally 11:comes around and I call againI'm speaking with Jason, who I believe is the owner, and he tells me he is at dinner and not going to be inconvenienced with business calls and my complaints

Over charged and service not as represented
I was quoted a price for hours of service and Jason later tried to tell me that it was for only 1/hours and I would have to pay extra for the additional 1/hour Driver arrived a 1/hour late and then could not get the door open The party bus was cold and filthyThe driver was rude, inserting herself into the wedding reception
I was charged for hours of service and received less than 1/2, a rude driver, and a cold and filthy party bus
