I'm filing this complaint as I have tried and tried AND TRIED to contact and pay a bounced check fee for my child's soccer pictures for 2015/season for AYSO REGION I had set up a time to make a credit card payment, however due to health issues I missed this date (i believe it was set for November 25th)Yet I called 3~times per week for several weeks following the missing of this arrangement with no responseThe total cost of my order WITH the NSF fee was $On December 5th my check for $cleared I have called and called AND CALLEDAll with no adult responseMy region director has also continued to call, message, AND EMAIL; all of which went unanswered for both myself and our director In our messages that we stated multiple times that I am beyond willing and have been from the get go to pay the NSF feeThis company has been beyond unprofessional and unethical from the very beginning with AYSO REGION I will NEVER RECOMMEND LEGENDS TO ANYBODY

I ordered photo items from legends and I did not recieve what I thought I had ordered
It when going to get my sons picture taken I was filling out the form of what we wanted, we were having trouble finding the name and number of itThe employee we were standing next to aides no assistance and watched me keep changing the information because I could not figure it outNow that we received the wrong items I called and told them and they said because I had wrote it down wrong they will do nothing about it
