Jamie arrived promptly at the designated time and went quickly to work to identify the source of our outage. Two upstairs bedrooms were without power and I suspected a faulty breaker. Jamie quickly ruled out the breaker as the source of the problem and explained to me other potential areas which he began checking. After verifying the routing of the circuit in question, he was able to identify a faulty connection at one of the outlets. He rectified the problem and power was restored to the two bedrooms.
