We apologize to the customer for any inconveniencesWe always try to make the customer happy & satisfiedWe did not take note of the customer's email communication to us and therefore we were not aware of the situation until nowWe encourage customers to call our office which is open 9:am - 5pm monday - Friday.We have never had an insufficient postage issue before and are perplexed by the post office asking for inadequate postage from the recipient as the complaint indicates? We will fully reimburse the customer for the postage that was dueWe only ask for proof of payment of the insufficient postage (a receipt or otherwise) because the U.SPost Office indicates that the package was delivered by leaving it at the door or portch with no postage due and the amount of postage was $6.10.While the u.Spost Office records seem to be inconsistent from the customers claim we will have no hesitation to pay the amount if he would be kind enough to provide us with some proof of the charge or payment of the charge.We encourage the customer to call us to discuss this issue if he wishes###-###-#### ?
